It turns out that the old proverb “Like mother, like daughter” holds up when talking about the Real Housewives’ plastic surgery. Not only do the stars of the franchise love getting cosmetic procedures, but so too do their children (who, to be fair, are now all fully grown adults). And luckily, the kids are just as game as the women who raised them to talk about their work. Here, eight Real Housewives’ kids who have gotten plastic surgery.
Bella Hadid
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans will remember watching Bella and Gigi’s modeling careers start on the show when they were young teens, with proud mom Yolanda watching and managing. What wasn’t discussed on the show was Bella’s nose job, which she had at just 14. Earlier this year, she told Vogue that she felt insecure as a teenager, which led to her decision to have a rhinoplasty—a choice she now regrets. “I wish I had kept the nose of my ancestors. I think I would have grown into it,” she said.

Brielle Biermann
Kim Zolciak-Biermann’s daughters Arianna and Brielle have faced plenty of speculation about what they’ve done to alter their appearances, but Kim shut down plastic surgery rumors on social media, writing in an Instagram caption, “My daughters have NEVER EVER had work done other than their lips! PERIOD!!!!!!”
And Brielle’s relationship with lip fillers has been on-again, off-again. Her mom told E! News that the then 19-year-old first had them done in 2016. In January 2020, Brielle shared that she’d had all of her filler dissolved—only to then have her lips reinjected a month later by Dr. Thyuy Doan, a board-certified family physician in Atlanta. “All the filler I had before made my lips uneven,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories. “So I had @dr.thuydoan re-inject my lips JUST A TAD and I couldn’t be happier. Still NO WHERE NEAR how they were before … Less is more.” But before undergoing jaw surgery in August 2021 (to correct her TMJ and overbite), she shared on IG Stories that she had to have all of that filler dissolved yet again.
Amelia Gray Hamlin
An infected nipple piercing was the reason Lisa Rinna’s daughter underwent a breast reduction at 16. “I had a 104°F fever. 104. My left boob was out to here. I was 16 and had mastitis, whatever that is. It was the worst thing I’ve ever been through,” Hamlin revealed on the Skinny Confidential: Him and Her podcast. “The nipple piercing [was] being pulled [and] caused a small abrasion in my body,” she said. “I already had the strep living in my system, and then it went to that part of my body because it was an open wound.” The swelling in her breast remained even after she got healthy, which is why she decided to have a breast reduction. “When I tell you, my boobs were this big. And I, like, didn’t just get those down naturally.… I had to fully get surgery. It made my boobs so uneven, and [I] was like, ‘Oh, my god, am I really gonna have to live the rest of my life with my left boob this significantly larger than my right boob?’ she said.
Hamlin has also posted selfies with Beverly Hills, California, board-certified facial plastic surgeon Dr. Jason Diamond, but she hasn’t revealed which procedures she goes to him for.
Ashley Zarlin
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Laurie Peterson’s daughter, Ashley Zarlin, dedicated a 2018 blog post to her love of Botox, lauding the benefits of starting injections early. “I am not afraid of aging. Gracefully. I would rather do a little botox here and there to keep it all together so that I don’t need a face lift in 30 years,” she wrote.
Zarlin also partnered with Sientra to share her experience undergoing a breast reduction with implants, performed by Dr. Jed Horowitz, a board-certified plastic surgeon in Newport Beach, California. “I developed really early. By my freshman year, I was a DD. I often felt self-conscious, so I wore a lot of clothes that helped hide my curves.I love & appreciate the body that God gave me…but I’m here today to say that my only regret is not having done this for myself a long time ago. I have chosen to get a breast reduction with a small implant. I cannot freakin wait,” she captioned an Instagram post on Sientra’s account.
Raquel Curtin
Forget manis or lunch—former RHOC cast member Lynne Curtin and her then 19-year-old daughter, Raquel, had a mother-daughter plastic surgery date in 2009. Lynne got an eye lift, while Raquel had a rhinoplasty. “I really wanted it, and if she’d said no, I might have gone to a terrible doctor,” Raquel told Life & Style Weekly. “But she was supportive and took me to an amazing surgeon. It was really cool of her.” (Curtin’s other daughter, Alexa, has also had a breast augmentation and rhinoplasty.)
Lauren Manzo
Caroline Manzo’s daughter Lauren struggled with her weight during her time on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, ultimately undergoing lap band surgery in 2012. A year later, Manzo shared that she went to Dr. Robert Zubowski, a board-certified plastic surgeon in Paramus, New Jersey, for breast reduction surgery, sharing a before-and-after on Twitter. “So now you know! I had a breast reduction from @dr_zubowski and I couldn’t be happier — he was beyond incredible to me & I LOVE my new boobs!” she captioned the photo.
Ashlee Malleo
The daughter of former RHONJ star Jacquline Laurita, Malleo frequently shares her cosmetic procedures on social media. (She even has a story highlight section entitled “Cosmetic.”) In 2019, she documented a visit to New York City board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Ramtin Kassir on IG Stories. “We’re going to get some Botox and maybe talk about a few other things. I’m going to get his opinion, I really trust him. If you follow me on here, you know I have been seeing Dr Kassir for years. I trust him so much. He did my nose back in 2010.” She followed up post-appointment, saying, “Today with Dr. Kassir I did Botox everywhere on my forehead because that’s just a must for me. I haven’t gotten Botox in a little over a year, so I was very excited. We did some subtle jawline contouring and I have a chin for the first time in my life. We did a little filler here,” she said pointing to her chin and jawline.
