Dr Diamond has to be one of the most expensive plastic surgeons on the planet. But it’s worth every penny. His ultra discerning eye, artistry and 25 years of experience working on some of the most famous stars in Hollywood speaks for itself. I’ve had facial sculpting with Dr Diamond.
Dr Diamond was professional, patient and I believe is an expert in his field. The location is easy to find, the staff is very friendly and I’m pleased with my results. I will definitely revisit Dr Diamond for my skin care needs.
I thought about getting filler to enhance my cheekbones for years and after learning about Dr. Diamond's technique of facial sculpting and contouring using filler I made my decision. Dr. Diamonds trademarked technique was exactly what I wanted to enhance my cheekbones and make my face appear thinner. While I was there I also had my lips injected, a non surgical rhinoplasty and facial sculpting to my chin to improve my profile. The procedure was painless and the results exceeded my expectiations. There was no downtime other than some swelling a few hours after the treatment. Thanks to Dr. Diamond I look like I have exceptional bone structure. The results are noticeable to me but subtle and natural enough that no one suspected I had anything done. Dr. Diamond is so nice, genuine, patient and down to earth. He listened to what I wanted and offered his expertise customizing my treatment to give me the best version of myself. I had such a pleasant and fun experience at his office and will be returning for maintenance. I couldn't be happier!
My experience with Dr. Diamond was amazing. The technology he uses is so sophisticated that I highly recommend taking the time and the money to do it right the FIRST time with him, instead of someone else. I unfortunately did not. I came to Dr. Diamond after two (failed) sliding genioplasties that only served to make my face longer and very asymmetric. Dr. Diamond met with me via Skype and helped design a perfectly customized wrap around implant that after two weeks is fitting me like a glove. Very low amount of swelling, very natural look. I believe the results speak for themselves. Don't cheat yourself. This is surgery and you only want to do it once. If you have a weak or asymmetric face, he is the ONLY man you need to speak to.
I've had two surgeries over ten years with dr diamond. He is known for his natural facelifts. He's kind and caring and very talented and focused. Couldn't be happier or recommend him more. Brilliant surgeon. His staff are lovely also.
I am not one to write reviews… however, every now and then, an experience stands out so distinctly, I feel compelled to do so. This is one of those instances. I am a total freak-show when it comes to being comfortable with aesthetic procedures… I scrutinize every detail and find it hard to achieve what I want the first time, whether it's a new haircut or an even an eyebrow wax, I'm terribly picky and a perfectionist to a fault. You can imagine then, how nerve-racking it was for me to get Botox. I tried it with someone local with disappointing results that left me panic stricken and afraid to do it again. My arch disappeared and I looked worried anytime I wanted to look happy! I had no idea where to go from there! Being that I am on the East Coast, I was shocked (and very excited) to find out that Dr. Diamond had an East Coast location, in New York nonetheless, which was about two hours from me in southern New Jersey. I told myself, "If Dr. Jason Diamond can't do this, it's totally me, I must be crazy and an impossible patient..." I traveled to Manhattan for his one-day east cost debut he makes every four months and was immediately and warmly greeted by his lovely assistant, with whom I had been communicating with via email. We waited for our appointment as we watched Dr. Diamond hustle back-and-forth through the office to get to his patients in a timely manner. Despite running a bit behind schedule, once he sat down with me in the exam room, he not only took the time to discuss every concern I had, but explained to me what he was going to do, confident that he could achieve what I needed, and also explaining he'd be conservative, which I sincerely appreciated. He also made the time to chat with me personally, about our boys who are the same ages, growing up in New Jersey, which is where I am from, and overall sincerely struck me as a really awesome, down to earth, sincere and competent physician who was easy to trust. The procedure itself was quick and easy… I didn't opt for numbing cream and handled it just fine. They use a sort of distracting device with vibrates the skin in a different location from where you are receiving the injection. This was a great touch. At the conclusion of the appointment, he specifically requested I reach out in a few days to let them know the results of the procedure and whether or not things turned out as expected. Of course, the downfall is that if it did not, it's not as if I could make a return visit to the office, as he would then be back on the West Coast… However, I appreciated his request for feedback and certainly felt as though he cared very much about the results. I am currently two days post-injections and I'm starting to see the final results… My eyebrows are now even, and my lines have been nicely smoothed without looking frozen, uneven, or over-done. Price-wise, Botox with him was definitely more expensive, almost twice as much as what is typically charged in the higher-end practices in my surrounding area of southern New Jersey and Philadelphia, but I am also a person who very much believes in "getting what you pay for"… Some people may have a major problem paying this much for Botox but due to my level of anxiety about procedures like these, I would likely pay it again. I have to stress that for a world renowned physician, this man is extremely down to earth, sincere, genuine, with everything you would expect from him in terms of skill. I personally choose my providers based on their level of skill and care, and although it may be true that his skill set is easily advertised through being on television, I hope real-life reviews like mine stress how wonderful he actually is. Whether he is on TV or just a doc down the road doesn't matter to me, I will continue to see him for all of my esthetic needs for as long as I see results like these! Many thanks to you guys, see you again on the east coast soon! -Kristen
Dr Diamond is beyond my hero! He remove the buccal fat from my face and also give the best filler work I ever experienced! He really gives you a strong chiseled look that no one else can do! Thank Dr Diamond I am forever loyal!
I'm a hairdresser in Beverly Hills and we see and hear about everyone's surgeries and outcome. I know of all the plastic surgeons in the Los Angeles area and beyond. Believe me when I say that Dr. Diamond is the best. I've seen a lot of his work and it always amazes me how natural and beautiful his work is. Everyone who has a procedure done with him has been thrilled by his kindness and wonderful work. I, myself have had a mid lift about 10 years ago which I am still happy with and have had fat transfer, laser resurfacing, blood platelet therapy and both my daughters had their noses done with Dr. Diamond. My daughters look amazing, so natural.
THE CONSULTATION I saw all the "top" rhinoplasty surgeons here in LA for my consultations. Dr Nassif, Dr Azizzadeh, Dr Persky, Dr G, to name a few. From the first 10 minutes of my consultation with Dr Diamond, I knew he was going to be my rhinoplasty surgeon. He was attentive, listened to exactly what I wanted, and then when it came to visual imaging put everything I had said onto the screen for me. He was friendly and I felt like he really cared from the moment I walked into the room. He even came back to the consultation room after we had already said goodbye to explain something in a little more depth that we had talked about. THE SURGERY The day of surgery I was a complete mess and I thought that I was going to die under general as i've never been under general before and I am a complete hypochondriac. I even asked if I could do this under local which in retrospect I do have to laugh about. Dr Diamond made me feel completely safe and at ease and reassured me I was going to be fine. It seemed like 10 minutes past and then I was sitting up in the roller bed with a cast on my face. The nurses were great and I was taken to a hotel with a nurse to recover for a couple of days. THE RESULTS My nose is perfect. It is exactly what I wanted. I didn't want the California cute button nose, just a straight nose that was smaller than my original over-projected nose with a dorsal hump. He shaved down the hump, made my nose very straight from the side profile and from the front I look like a normal person. I no longer care if people are looking at me from the side, or any angle for that matter. I am very happy I chose Dr Diamond. He not only gave me the nose I always wanted but he has been a great and friendly surgeon that has eased my overly anxious mind on a number of occasions both before and after the procedure. I highly recommend him.
I had a Fractora skin treatment about a month ago and even though I had one treatment I already see noticeable results. My doctor said I need 2-3 more sessions, for all of you who think there's no hope with acne scars (there is...its called Fractora). I had very bad acne scars and after a week I already see skin renewing itself. The treatment takes about 45-50 min and I was red for about 2 hours after the treatment, you can feel the pins around some areas on the skin but for the most part it didn't hurt. I will hopefully have before and afters soon in the next update.
You are an excellent candidate for a Rhinoplasty & Chin Augmentation. The Diamond Face Institute founder, Dr. Jason Diamond is a world-renowned facial plastic surgeon who could refine your bridge and tip so that it would be more harmonious with your feminine aesthetic.
40 years old is not too old to have rhinoplasty. We often do rhinoplasty on people in their 60's. You certainly can reduce the bump on the bridge without affecting the tip at all.
The term "Deep plane facelift" means a lot of different things to a lot of different surgeons. Regardless of exact technique, you should see some improvement by 1 month. A true Deep plane Facelift as it was inititally described creates more swelling than most other techniques and so you may not see your final results for 6 months or even longer, but you still should see improvement at this time.
Your insurance may cover some (and occasionally all ) of the functional component of your rhinoplasty depending on your particular plan.
Without photos or an in person exam it is impossible to give you any meaningful or accurate advice that you can hang your hat on so you must take all of this advice with a grain of salt, but many people do see more sundamge on their left side for the reason that you mention. Your physican will be able to give you good advice after you are examined. Good luck.
