Now it's been one year after my gynaecomastia surgery. When I raised my hands craters occurs on both sides of the chest. Also left side nipple indent towards the body. I feel some hardness under that nipple. What is this issue and can it be corrected?
The nipples were not so puffed up after removal of the tapes and it has swollen only recently. I just fear it will never go away as it has already been 2 months. The doctor said it would at least take 6. But the hard lump makes me think the scar tissue is here to stay. Will it go away?
I had gynecomastia surgery march 30th and received a hematoma the 3rd week (seelast post). my surgeon didn't think it was necessary to drain it. My chest still seems swollen and nipples pointy. I am wondering if the hardness I still feel and SEE in my chest like I did before surgery is going to disappear or does it look like a complication from my hematoma and recovery? I began lifting again this week however I will stop to get the right results. It has 10 weeks. 6 1/2 since hematoma
Its been 8 weeks since my gynecomastia surgery, i tried to start jogging but if i jog i feel lump or clot like thing on both side is shaking upside down and while applying gel for incision scars at side of incision below nipple is hard where as above nipple its soft,if pressed the hard part if little painful,i know that surgery has not given me the results i wanted but i just want to be safe and healthy forgetting about the looks. Kindly advice me about exercise and what to do in such condition.
I'm 5'7, 180 pounds, male caucasian in fairly good shape. Gyno was bothersome and had glandular tissue removed. Lipo was also performed but my nipples appear still appear puffy and cone shaped. Its really bothering me.
