I had a wonderful session with Andrea doing my Secret micro needling. She is a skilled and talented technician at Burgess Plastic surgery. The entire staff is professional and very helpful. I highly recommend them!

Awesome! They are informative, gentle and always cost conscious and never pushy. Everyone is great and it’s a beautiful facility. I wish I could do all the procedures to make me look young! But I just keep chipping away little by little and they are great recommendations, whether it’s skin care products or procedures.

Shelly was very knowledgeable. She did a great job making me feel comfortable and I had very little discomfort. I would recommend Secret RF. The clinic is beautiful and they also helped me pick skin care products for my son and sent me home with some samples.

All staff members are so amazing, great attention to detail, extremely knowledgeable and all my questionswere answered. Best customer service I ever experienced. I am so Thankful to Dr. Burgess and her team so glad I found them.

This was genuinely the best massage I’ve ever had. Andrea is a true care giver who knew exactly how to provide the relief I needed during my recovery. She has a great combination of knowledge and questioning to make sure the care she provides is perfectly tuned to your needs. I immediately booked a follow up massage in a couple of weeks, I can’t recommend her services enough!

Shelley is so awesome! I had botox and cool sculpting done. I have had botox done elsewhere before and though I would never go back. Shelley was great, patient, knowledgeable and gentle. I will be back over and over again! The cool sculpting.. can be awkward and very... in your personal space. Shelley made me feel comfortable and safe. She is very thorough in the process as well as with explaining everything .. feelings, what to expect later ... she just makes all of the awkwardness go away. She is very attentive and makes sure I am comfortable douring the process, with pillows or anything else I might need. I know what to expect over the next few weeks and look forward to seeing her again. Great space, clean and comfortable. This is the place to go!!!

I have had multiple treatments here and have been very pleased. I love that there are always new and cutting edge treatments The staff is also very knowledgeable and friendly which makes for an all around wonderful experience.

I went to the clinic looking for options for tightening of the face and neck. Halie recommended The Secret with RF. She was professional and took the time to educate me on why this was the best treatment given my concerns. She also recommended some skincare products from the Neocutis and Zo line which helped make my results even better. I appreciate that she was thorough, safe, and I had a wonderful result. After getting back in shape after having two children I still had a little “pooch” around my abdomen. No matter how much I dieted and exercised, the pooch remained. I heard about CoolSculpting through friends and decided to have a consultation with Dr. Elissa Burgess and her team. During my consultation I also asked about the same type of problem area on my arms. After learning I was a good candidate for both areas, I underwent one treatment on my abdomen and two on my arms. I and am thrilled with the results and am much more comfortable and confident in tighter clothing. During my follow up visit I asked about subsequent treatments but was told that I didn’t have enough "pinchable" fat left. While some other docs may have gladly taken my money and performed an additional treatment, Dr. Burgess and her team were honest in telling me the benefit, if any, of an additional treatment wouldn’t be worth the cost. I appreciate the honesty by Dr. Burgess and her team and this is why she has earned my trust and ongoing business. You won’t find a more professional doctor and entire office staff than that of Burgess Plastic Surgery. I have had several procedures performed by Dr. Burgess and her team (breast aug, fillers, botox, chemical peels, and CoolSculpting) and am always so appreciative of their honesty and conservative approach.

After forehead with treatment skin looks rippled and some redness. I feel some numb patches. Weirdest is I can feel little electric shocks when I touch certain areas. Mild but strange....So I took best photos I could of forehead day after will need help from hubby to show me how to download. Will take again in one month and after to show results. Bonus! I will get Infini on neck and lower face in 2 weeks and should have my photo stuff down by then. BTW Ultherapy pain up to a 7/10. Updated on 14 Sep 2015: So the redness and wrinkling of forehead is gone and I no longer feel the little electrical kind of shocks when I'd stroke the skin. No change but don't expect to see anything until at least a month has passed. However I have little sacks of lower eye swelling that was not a problem for me in the past. Very frustrating! Wonder if the treatment affected my sinuses. not good.....Promise to post pictures just still need help with downloading. Updated on 28 Sep 2015: Has been 2 weeks since Ultherapy on forehead. Redness and sensitivity are gone BUT...I cannot say for sure if this is a result of treatment or not but I've developed significant bags under my eyes (never a problem for me before) as well as bruising on inner portion of my my sockets with some purple also on eyelids. Makes me wonder if the treatment affected the sinuses in that area, maybe clogging them? It's pretty scary. I also get a mild sense of pressure on my entire forehead. Anyone have this kind of reaction? I was so worried I went to my doctor who said we could just keep tracking this and if it worsened would take MRI! I've taken picture but still need help with transfer to this site. Updated on 2 Feb 2016: Now one week out from 2nd face/neck Infini treatment. I've been away from my site because I became part of a VERY good, informative thread from an Infini patient in San Jose that managed to draw quite a lot of attention/input from Infini spokesman Dr. Weiner. Highly recommended. In a nutshell I would say that I have reasonable hope of a good outcome in the end (have purchased 4 treatments in all) but my first was a nightmare. Same effects that are now being reported in other posts: swelling, redness, pain, grid marks, mottling. Either the relative "ease" of this treatment was initially vastly overstated by Lutronic or training is not nearly good enough for best practices/outcomes in clinics that purchase them. Both issues probably apply.
