Currently have 400cc saline rounds that Dr. Jugenburg did a few years ago along with a lift. In less than a month now, I decided to upgrade to 800cc silicone. I love the look despite the Dr. saying my current BA was done perfectly and nothing needs to be changed. I will also add an "internal bra" procedure with the silicone sheets, to ensure they don't drop too low and stretch out my skin.
