Botched, rushed Rhinoplasty and Stenoplasty - Adelaide, AU

It was terrible. It was for Rhino and Stenoplasty but I still can't actually breathe on one side of my nose, and where the stitches were I have lunps that are visible. Isnt passionate about what he does. Bed side manner and post op care is terrible. Worst experience. I regret seeing him so much I get so angry when I think about it. Because of him Ill be having a third op on my nose.

Happy but Not Happy - Adelaide, South Australia

Horrible day surgery experience and aftercare by both surgeon and nurses was appalling. As soon as Dr Edwards had my money I became just another number. He was never rude or anything but simply felt so rushed and brushed off. Before surgery the nurses who prepped me by putting the heating blanket on top of me were so busy bitching about another nurse that they weren't watching what they were doing and smacked me in the face with the blanket. Immediately after surgery the nurses were giving me the "after care" instructions (reading from a pamphlet) and when I asked her something she snapped at me "I'll get to that later"..... why not just answer it when I asked and skip over it later or just say it politely.
