From the moment I walked into Tri-Valley Surgery Center I was treated with genuine kindness and gentleness with compassion and caring. As soon as I walked into the Lobby I was greeted with a big warm smile with the two women who worked the front desk. When I met with Dr.Williams he spoke with such respect and intelligence I immediately knew he was my Dr. he addressed all of my concerns, questions and did not rush me. I kept thinking of new questions (keep in mind this is a complimentary consultation) and even though I knew he was very busy that day he sat with such patience as if I was his number 1 priority in that moment. We discussed what I wanted aesthetic wise (I had a breast Augmentation with an extended breast lift with lipo to my lateral chest.) Dr.Williams main concern was my safety but I also felt like he was genuinely also trying to achieve the results and size I wanted. This man is highly skilled, highly intelligent and with a Yale doctorate I’d expect nothing less. Dr.Williams has crafted something very special with his practice and has created a space for men and women to achieve their goals and dreams. I like the fact that he didn’t try to upsell me on anything and ultimately left it up to me regarding what I wanted. The day of surgery felt more like a spa day, with state of the art equipment and an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness I felt so comforted and confident that not only would my surgery be safe and successful but also enjoyable. I’m not a Dr but I can imagine that Dr.Williams has very talented hands and his skills as a surgeon show. The way he must have finessed my breasts during my operation must have been gentle and swift because I woke up with very minimal Discomfort (of coarse with most surgery that’s to be expected) when I opened my eyes after my surgery my nurse had a warm smile and assured me that I got the size and profile I wanted. From start to finish the process has been nothing short of a dream. Dr.Williams and his staff are miracle workers and are out here doing wonderful work. If you need/want cosmetic surgery in the Bay Area Dr.Williams is your man! Genuine, kind, professional and a very gifted surgeon with decades of experience. Warm hearted, kind and funny! Updated on 13 Mar 2025: Officially 4 weeks Post-Op and continuing to heal each day! For me personally this was a hard recovery with having a lower pain tolerance and having to get such large incisions & large breast implants ! (I had an extended mastopexy with my breast augmentation) the first 4 weeks weren’t exactly the easiest but I will say it was WORTH IT and Dr. Williams NEVER turned me away when I’d call crying (this was surely an emotional roller coaster for me due to various personal factors) due to discomfort and/or pain. Dr.Williams and his team didn’t just shrug me off cause I was already operated on (which I’ve heard from lots of friends have been an issue after operating some surgeons aren’t following through all the way with them) Dr.Williams and his staff have been with me EVERY SINGLE STEP of the way I was always met with empathy and compassion. Being a women sometimes our pain isn’t addressed and/or shrugged off. That was NOT the case with Dr.Williams, he ALWAYS had a solution for me and now that I’m several weeks out and finally on the other side of the hill so to speak I’m feeling MUCH better !! I still have some residual swelling (as to be expected only 4 weeks post op) and these results aren’t obviously going to be my final outcome but I love my boobies each day more and more! I will continue to update as time passes but so far I’m super happy with my results.

I did 3 other consultations before meeting Dr. Williams & I instantly knew he was the right doctor for me. I got 400 & 425cc mentor implants. My main concern was how deflated and droopy my boobs looked & he really gave me my dream boobs with just implants!! (when other doctors told me the boobs I want wouldn't be possible without a lift) I'm a two weeks out and have never been happier. :)

I had an amazing experience with Dr.Williams! I went to about 8 different doctor consultations before I saw him and I felt the most comfortable with dr Williams. He was confident, honest, professional, courteous, the list goes on. His staff was helpful and friendly. They were accommodating and made the whole experience flow easier for me. I am 5 days post op and my breasts are swollen but look amazing. I am a 31 year old mom of two who suffered extreme sagging prior to surgery. I did a breast lift and implants with lipo to the lateral chest (highly recommend). I was so nervous on the day of surgery and Dr. Williams was so comforting and caring of my feelings. He was able to help answer questions to help me relax. I would highly recommend dr Williams for any procedures and I will definitely be back to see him in the future. From the moment I met Dr. Williams, I knew I was in the right place for my mommy makeover. I am a very active and healthy person but there was just some areas that could not be fixed after having 2 c-sections and nursing 2 babies for over a year each. Dr. William understood my concerns and said that it was not necessary for me to have a full tummy tuck and he suggested what they call a mini tuck with a bit of lipo to my flanks.I also had a lift and 290 CC implants. We landed on that implant side because I work out a lot and didn’t want my body to prevent me from being comfortable continuing to be active after my surgery. I’m 2 weeks post op and so far am very happy with my results. My breast are everything I’ve ever wanted and the swelling is finally starting to go down in my abdomen and I am very pleased with what I’m seeing.This is definitely a harder recovery that I thought but everyday is definitely better than the previous. I’ve had friends get the same procedures with different doctors in the Bay Area and they aren’t as happy with their results. I 10/10 recommend Dr. Williams and his staff. They are so professional, really listen to what you want and just all around kind people.

After breastfeeding two kids, my cute small B cup breasts were deflated and my nipples protruded. I'm embarrassed to be without a shirt and bra in front of my husband. I would wear a bra to bed if I could, but it's so uncomfortable. I've been looking at real self for a few years and decided that I wanted to finally do something for myself and go through with it. In the last couple of years, my body has changed shape so I decided to add in Vaser lipo of my stomach and flanks and tumescent lipo of my arms and arm pits which has always bothered me. I chose my doctor because of his credentials, his bedside manner, real self reviews, and his before and after pictures. I'll post my before pictures next. My surgery is scheduled in April. I hope my review and photos will help others as it has helped me to find the courage to do the surgery. I originally wanted to be a small C, but the pictures I’ve chosen seem to be more like a full C or small D. I want to be able to wear the cute tops and tanks I already own without calling too much attention to my chest. Updated on 16 Mar 2021: Hi there, Had to edit some of the wish pics so you could see them better. Dr Williams thinks I’ll need 375-400 ccs to achieve the breasts from my favorite wish pic. He prefers Mentor silicone gel and thinks I’ll need either moderate plus or moderate plus xtra profile because I have such little breast tissue. Hope that’s not too big. I do have broad shoulders and I’m about 5’ 5” at 125lbs. I’m pretty active and wear cute tops and don’t want to draw too much attention to myself! I also can’t decide on which incision to do, but I’m leaning toward a trans axillary incision through my arm pit. I’m afraid my scar will be too dark if I place the incision in the inframammary fold or aerolars. I’m also concerned about capsular contraction, losing nipple sensitivity, and having poor access through the armpit to create a pocket in the prime position. Updated on 25 Apr 2021: I had my surgery on Fri, 4/23rd and on the road to recovery! Everything went smoothly. Dr Williams and Annie have been great since the beginning answering all of my questions. I’m sore from the liposuction so it’s hard to lay down or get up. My breasts feels heavy and tight. I decided on the axillary incision. I was so happy to hear that Dr Williams uses the Keller Funnel when performing breast augmentation this way. Hoping my breast will drop into position in the next several weeks. I’m in compression garments so it’s hard to see how it looks and my breasts are wrapped in bandages. My breasts at the top are very swollen. Hoping they’ll drop and look more natural in the coming weeks! Doing great, never took the narcotics prescribed. I took 1 Valium when I got home from surgery and the next night took one to go to sleep since I was feeling prickly/tingly from the lipo. Started antibiotics as well. Have been taking arnica a few days before surgery along with other vitamins (no Vit E or fish oil). I’ve added bromelian with quercetin and continuing arnica to control swelling and bruising. The nurse said I barely bled which hopefully means less bruising and trauma to the tissues, yay. Updated on 25 Apr 2021: Updated on 1 May 2021: Here are pictures from being 5 days post op. Surprised how quickly I was able to bounce back and get around. I didn’t need to take any pain meds excepts Tylenol and one Valium right when I arrived home from surgery and the next night so I could sleep comfortably. The most pain I experienced was from the liposuction on my flanks and back. Lots of tenderness there. I did have lipo of my arms and bra roll and stomach as well, but that didn’t feel as painful. My body looks like I got heat up with the bruising though I had minimal bruising on my breasts. I had my surgery on Friday and by Monday could run light errands. The swelling in my breasts have gone down a bit from 2 days to 5 say post op. Updated on 8 Sep 2021: The picture attached to my last update cropped out a lot. Here's an updated picture of me at 5 days post op. Photos don't seem to load properly from my iPhone using the Real Self app! I'm very swollen in this picture. I felt tight and felt my chest was heavy. I'm sure my breasts will settle with time. My left breast is higher and more swollen. Updated on 8 Sep 2021: Sorry for the delay on my update. I have to use my computer in order to upload pictures. My breast have settled more. The shape of my left one isn't quite symmetrical, but it has dropped a lot more and looks better. I'm really happy I did this. Updated on 8 Sep 2021: Hi there, another update and photo. My breasts are still settling and softening. My left one is still a little more "bubbly" on top, but overall I'm really happy I did this. In this picture, I kind of pushed them together a bit which is why they look fuller. My flank pain from the laser lips improved a lot after 5-6 weeks. Lipo on the other areas were virtually painless. Happy with the lipo results, but wish more was taken out of my stomach. BUT, the surgeon chose to be conservative to prevent skin sag. I[m not a candidate for a tummy tuck so I think this is the best it can look. Updated on 8 Sep 2021: My photo didn't load for some reason. Here it is! Super happy with my decision to do the surgery with Dr Steven H Williams. Right before surgery when he was marking me up, he was extremely reassuring and said he'd take great care of me and he did. As his patient, I asked him so many questions and expressed my specific wishes and concerns. He was patient and I was definitely anxious so thank you Dr Williams! Updated on 8 Sep 2021: Had trouble loading the pictures for my 20 week post op update. Everything is healing nicely and my scars are improving. The incision under my left arm pit still needs more time to look more concealed. I've been religiously putting silicone strips on my incision sites even 5 months post op to continue flattening the scar and lighten it. In this picture, I kind of squeezed my breasts together. I would say my cleavage is about 2 cm without doing that. I think it was as close together as Dr Williams could do based on my anatomy. Looks natural. Many friends say my breasts look natural. One friend asked for my surgeon's name so that's a great sign.

I'm booked for May 14th ! Mommy makeover, I'm getting a lift, implants and tt with fat transfer to the hips. I'm so excited but nervous. I had many consultations but Dr. Williams just seemed so knowledgeable after speaking with him and even suggested things other Drs didn't after 5 consultations. Really looking forward to his work. Updated on 19 May 2021: I’m 5 days po and have so much swelling. I love my breast so far! Pain as been little to none, so far so happy with Dr Williams and his team! Updated on 25 May 2021: 11dpo swelling is horrible, my flanks seems to be swelled . I’m hoping they start to go down. Overall no pain sometimes in the chest near my areola. I Returned to work and have felt great !! Updated on 16 Jun 2021: I had a huge set back with a dog bite, setting infection and seroma. I’m almost 5 weeks post op and feeling back to normal. Updated on 7 Dec 2021: I was really loving my results but now that I’m fully healed there’s things I’m not happy with. I have had a follow up, and was told another 4k on a revision. My flanks aren’t as well gone like it was discussed and what I paid for , my bra back area is pretty big which I would pay for that but paying another 4k for flanks plus that doesn’t seem reasonable for me right now after paying almost 27k . Good Dr but I feel my results of what I paid for should of been fixed and addressed better than another 4k so kind of disappointed. Updated on 30 Jan 2022: So I decided to pay the 4k to get my revision. I’ll post pics of before and after hopefully I feel way more happy about my results after this . So far so good. Day 3 and still in the moderate soreness stage. No extreme pain so far. I'm sure largely in part that I had Experal. Can't wait to see the final however rating the doctor and staff up to this point is an absolute 5 star! Every person I can't in contact with along with the doctor has been so nice, professional and answered every silly question my nerves blurted out. Updated on 26 Feb 2021: I had surgery 3 days ago. So far so good. No pain just soreness a little... I'm sure in part because I paid extra for Experal. This Dr and staff have been amazing so far. Can't wait to see the results Updated on 1 Mar 2021: Has the wrapping removed today for first reveal. I didn't have high expectations as I know they haven't dropped and are still swollen. I am already in awe of Dr. Williams work. Some swelling still and swelling and soreness in the lipo area. But still feel great. Updated on 17 Mar 2021: Scars seems to be healing well. I do have puffiness and it’s a little raised around my right areola scar line but was told it’s normal. One nipple is also erect while the other is not, but again, normal per Dr. some shooting pains and still sore in my muscles and lipo area but nothing bad nor have i needed to take Tylenol or anything Updated on 30 Mar 2021: 5 weeks post. Little sore from lipo still on sides but scars look great and areolas are evening out. (1 looked bigger and a little off but not anymore). My doctor did amazing work. They are dropping more and more. Still sore to sleep on my sides so I am still on my back. Updated on 21 Nov 2021: They look good but are definitely on the bigger side so i kinda wish i went smaller. Had 550 implants. But i also gained 20lbs since getting them. It’s still hard sometimes to sleep on my chest because it hurts a little so i just adjust them and good to go. They have dropped a lot (more than i wished) but i guess if we are going for natural, they look great. Scarring is still visible and a little raised puckering around my Areola still. Also, still minimal feeling in my nipple. Hope that comes back soon

Im only early on sitting at barely 1 month post op and extremely happy with how my shape is . As for the pain I definitely felt minimal pain jus back pain from being hunched over and I believe that's all because of Dr Williams . Recovery has been smooth . Dr. Williams is a Superstar! As soon as I stepped into his office, I was greeted by a warm and efficient staff. All paperwork was explained to me in detail and taken care thoroughly, prior to my consult with Dr. Williams. He already knew the areas I wanted treated, but on my second visit, he also permitted me to add even more areas a few days prior to surgery, because it seemed (to me) that he just knew. My surgery was over before I knew it and I awoke, pain-free. I felt so relaxed when I went home and any and all questions were and are still welcomed at any time. I am now two weeks post-op and couldn't be happier. I knew I made the right choice with the right doctor. On the vain side of me, I and can hardly wait until my first 30 days!
