Start taking Arnica one week prior . Get the pills and tea and Gel not lotion . Rent a recliner if you don't own one (I slept in one for 3 weeks ) . Buy lipo foam to prevent permanent markings from the garment. Book lympatic messages in advance for after your surgery .

Don't be nervous . His whole team is amazing . Literally was having a convo with the staff fell asleep and woke up . In no pain . I'm telling you . The only thing to really remember is thrust the process it will look ugly the first time you see it . But I promise as time goes on it will look normal .

I’m 5 days po and have so much swelling. I love my breast so far! Pain as been little to none, so far so happy with Dr Williams and his team!

Congratulations!! You look amazing and you're just fresh out!! I hope and pray I can recover as quick and look as great. Did you take arnica the week before surgery? you have very little bruising. Congrats:)

Yes I did I started taking Arnica a week before and drinking the tea as well. I also had very little drainage . Pain has been so manageable my only complaint is getting stiff after sleeping.

Thank you for the information I'll make sure I take it as well. Any other must haves does or don't would be much appreciatemy surgery is coming quick june 16th and dont feel preparedd when you have time and feel up to it.

I feel great , but swelling is also really bad as well ! I've been trying to drink tea and take my vitamins. Lipo foam seems to really help with swelling

I had a TT done on May 10, but I’m starting to feel annoyed I have to go to my surgeon twice a week to drain fluids.

Swelling sucks !!

11dpo swelling is horrible, my flanks seems to be swelled . I’m hoping they start to go down. Overall no pain sometimes in the chest near my areola. I Returned to work and have felt great !!
