Breast Augmentation with Vaser lipo of flanks/stomach, tumescent lipo of arms and arm pits, back, bra roll, and nipple reduction

After breastfeeding two kids, my cute small B cup breasts were deflated and my nipples protruded. I'm embarrassed to be without a shirt and bra in front of my husband. I would wear a bra to bed if I could, but it's so uncomfortable. I've been looking at real self for a few years and decided that I wanted to finally do something for myself and go through with it. In the last couple of years, my body has changed shape so I decided to add in Vaser lipo of my stomach and flanks and tumescent lipo of my arms and arm pits which has always bothered me. I chose my doctor because of his credentials, his bedside manner, real self reviews, and his before and after pictures. I'll post my before pictures next. My surgery is scheduled in April. I hope my review and photos will help others as it has helped me to find the courage to do the surgery.

As you can see, my breasts are deflated and sad after two pregnancies and breastfeeding. I’m excited to finally feel good about the way I look without having to wear a thick padded bra to hide my chest! Even with careful eating and exercise, I have been having a hard time with my body shape!

I’ve wanted to do a breast augmentation for years and finally going to to do something for myself after focusing on my family for so long! Really nervous on how many ccs to get and which implant projection. Dr Williams didn’t measure me during the appointment so I don’t know what my bwd is until my preop with him the week before surgery. From just looking, he’s thinking Mentor moderate plus or moderate plus xtra profile and somewhere between 375-400 ccs to achieve my wish picture look. My bra size is a 32A/B. I have broad shoulders, but my rib cage is pretty small. I’ll post my wish pics next!
