I don't like the lower half of my face and I'm not sure how to address the asymmetrical look of it. I am not sure which of the following would best improve my lower face asthetics: chin implant, massater botox, chin filler, buccal fat removal. Which procedure would help the most? And what exactly is wrong with my face (I can't pinpoint it exactly)
Hi doctors, I am looking for any information about how to fix the asymmetry of my mouth and size of my chin after implant removal. It was placed through the gums but was too large/ill fitting for my features originally so I had the implant removed but my chin projection is still too forward for my liking, almost as if the implant was still there. I have also noticed a strange asymmetry to my lips and mouth especially when animated or smiling. Feeling hopeless :( any info is a big help
Had an implant 4 yrs ago. Looks asymmetrical to me. It sometimes feels tension and gets inflamed. I've brought it up to my surgeon. What can he do to confirm? What should I expect if it is? Would surgically moving it have any cons?
I have always been insecure about my lower face, particularly my receding chin and crooked mouth. I had a chin implant five years ago, but I am not happy with the results. I also think my mouth is crooked because of my crooked teeth, which were straightened with braces when I was younger. I am feeling very insecure about my appearance and have tried everything from diet and exercise to improve my confidence. I am open to any suggestions you have for how to fix my chin and mouth.
Id really like to achieve greater chin symmetry. Would this be best achieved through chin shaving, fat transfer to chin, normal chin implant, or custom chin implant? My chin doesnt have terrible projection, but I have Turkey neck in spite of being 22 and being incredibly thin (already been told Im not a candidate for neck fat removal). Also, Im having a nosejob to correct nose asymmetry. I dont know if that is relevant.

I have included a recent photo that was taken which shows the severe asymmetry around my chin/jaw. The shape of the lower part of my face has always bothered me, and no matter what i cannot seem to improve the way that it looks naturally. My main concern is on the right side where my jaw appears to have jowls. For reference, I am a healthy under-average bmi and have been at much lower weights and still had this appearance. I attached an edited photo showing my ideal jawline/chin
Hello, I am 4 months post op and I have noticed since about 10 days post op Ive had asymmetry on the right side of my chin (no change/improvement) I dont know what could be causing this but its making me regret the implant (especially since I notice very minimal side profile improvement) I also have skin/muscle dimpling when I move my mouth which I need Botox for now. Im more insecure now than before. Could the implant being placed unevenly be causing this asymmetry?
Is it possible to straighten this or am I just out of luck? I had a osteotomy/ genioplasty not sure the correct name but one side is slightly high and more forward and the other side is slightly lower and more backward. It would be a slight move so not sure if it can be done it is secured with a plate.
I had a large chin implant and chin lipo with reinjection done in November 2021. It is an overall improvement and I'm happy with my profile view, but from the front the implant highlighted existing asymmetries. I think it looks slightly too long and wide on the bottom. In the past I had a Botox injection that relaxed muscles on one side and centered my chin, but I don't think that would work now because of the implant. Any thoughts or advice is greatly appreciated!
