I had breast implants explanted about a month ago with a fat transfer to my breasts. I noticed today that my left one is maybe a half cup larger than the right and hangs a little lower. Is there any way to correct this or stop it from continuing? I'm worried that the difference is going to keep getting worse
For those patients that has most successful breast fat transfer, did they wear a soft bra post procedure or no bra? I was instructed to wear no bra until 4 weeks (which is two days away). Also, in terms of exercise I have been walking and doing yoga since 4 days post procedure, but was eager to start running again - though couldnt w/ no sports bra requirement. I gave in and wore one the past few days. Will this affect my fat taking hold? Am I safely absorbed by one month? Thanks!
I used the Brava device for about 5 weeks as advised by my first surgeon, it was irritating, and made the skin around my breasts red/pink/purple. I stopped for about 3 weeks, changed surgeons, and it turned brown. Then I had my surgery, and now it's about 4 weeks post op, so about 7 weeks I stopped using the Brava. It's some what getting lighter but it still looks pretty brown and bad. I've been applying Arnica Gel and Emu Oil on it. Will this be permanent? Would I need to do laser treatments?
I am petite and didn't have much fat to begin with at 110lbs, but needed the lipo to put fat in the upper pole yo my breasts. I'm left with this large dent now. Is this permanent? Dr said to massage. How often, how much pressure? Is this permanent? I also have lumps where the fat was taken from my groin and where it was injected into my breasts. I'm just concerned.
Breast fat transfer 3.5 weeks ago. Scar tissue from previous implants was released. On 1 side 1.5 weeks ago, I developed redness & hard skin, got antibiotics again & blood was aspirated twice. Pain became severe so yesterday, I got a surgical drain. I feel something that feels like a worm in the top half perimeter of breast. It feels disgusting. Is it coagulated blood? How will it go away? Should I ask my PS or another dr to remove the drain as soon as nothing drips for 24h, to lose less fat?
My breasts got infection after i just got fat breasts transfer ,i was on antibiotics for 20 days , now my breasts feel lumpy and hard like a rock.the dr talk me that the scar tissue and it will be softer later .is it true,i'm so scare and so sad.please help.
I have to think that at this point (4 weeks post-op) whatever fat cells are going to take already have, and a glass of wine once a week won't cause any volume loss. I am fine to wait the three months if that's safest, but I've not read anything from other doctors or patients that says three months is necessary. I have incredible results and a two cup size increase and don't want to jeopardize that in any way!
I am 4 weeks post op from a fat transfer to the sides of my chest from a bad lipo. I felt some stiffness and pain from left side, it's become hollow and iv lost the fat. At my consultation with my board certified surgeon, I asked him to add more fat on my left side, he didn't listen. Now I'm left a few thousand short and back to square one with this issue. Are there any other options? I am sceptical about fat transfers. Are there permanent fillers or silicone injections I can use?
I recently had explant and fat grafting, about 5 weeks ago with Dr. Khouri. I just got out of my breast splint, and am noticing that a large area under my left nipple has become hard or firm. Is this fat necrosis? I asked my doctors assistant, and she said I have to wait till 12 weeks before she can give me any answers, but I want to know what these this could be. The side with the firmness is a bit smaller, and has less swelling than the other side. Is it possible that will soften up with time?
