I did some googling and still not sure why this lady's doctor did an internal bra (she got amazing results as you can see) I'm wondering if it would be something that would help me attach better results? I'm wanting to go from an A to D or DD cup *Im the last 3 photos*
I am petite 5'3 41, had 2 kid, breast fed for years. I've been happy with the size but id like them to be perkier again and possibly a bit of projection but dont want to be big and want them to look and feel natural
Hey doctors! I want to have my implants remain at the apex of the breast (slightly higher than armpit level), and I know most implants drop/settle over time to be much lower than that. Is there a way to keep them high permanently, such as with an internal bra? If so, what internal bra should I get - galatea mesh, durasorb, etc? Or - what criteria should I have when choosing between internal bras? (and are there any risks/downsides?) Thank you so much!!!
I have NOT had implants or prior breast surgery. I have congenital symmastia and hoping for feedback on internal bras as a fix? Any other recommendations? I am also hoping to have a fat transfer to breast and would like to know if this would be possible given the condition.
I've seen 4 different surgeons and I am now deciding between 2. However, one of the surgeons suggested the use of Galaflex, I believe, due to possible lack of tissue strength along with silicone soft touch implants with a donut lift. The other surgeon feels Galaflex wouldn't do anything for me and also doesn't feel that I need a lift because my nipple is just above the line. I'm torn on who to choose based on very differing opinions.
