I had breast lift with implants last summer. My incision opened and took 2-3 months to heal. About month 5 after healing was complete I noticed dry skiin and itching near incisions. My providers nurse said it looked like a fungal infection and advised to use antifungal cream for 7-10 days. It still has not cleared up.any thoughts?
I recently went back for my 1 week follow up and mentioned that I was itchy and thought maybe the surgical bra was rubbing me raw. My nurse said it looked like my skin was a dry so I should be hydrating it more. I have been using aquaphor and aveeno to help, although my skin doesn't look dry it feels raw despite the clothing touching it or the amount of lotion I apply. I have checked to see if there are any rashes or red areas and there are not and my incisions look great. How can I help this?
Hi, I had breast augmentation 3 months ago in Thailand and everything went smoothly. However for the past month and a bit my nipples won't stop peeling and are constantly dry. I've tried baby lotion, oil, paw paw and lanolin but nothing seems to work. Is this normal? And when will it go a way? a month and a half now is quite long
