Breast Augmentation + B To D Cup Q&A

Back story: I used to be a 34c (guessing based off bra size I used to wear). My measurements now are 29 band 32 cup. A 32b fits well. I have my surgery on April 16 next month but have yet to see the dr (consult on the 15th). Paid for silicone and my portal says hes doing bilateral, inframmory, submuscular. Q: Im wanting to go up to a small D or at least 375 cc. Is that possible? I just cant stop researching and thinking. Its making me so anxious.

How many cc do you think I'll need? I'm currently and a/B cup. I'd like to go up to a large D but I want them to hang like in the photos

I am 167 height, 55kg, 35 years old. I had breast augmentation surgery 10 years ago. My breasts were placed in A and 310cc prosthesis before the operation and I became a B cup after the operation. Now I want to renew (round) my dentures. I want a D cup. I like full breasts, but I don't want a bulky image either. We talked to my doctor that 450cc -500cc can be put in. When I remove my first implants, I will have A cup breasts. Would it be a C cup or D cup by adding 450-500 cc?

In your opinion, would a 400cc implant look larger on someone starting with a B cup, or would the same size/projection implant look larger on someone with more tissue to start with, a D cup? Assuming their anatomy (height, weight, frame) was otherwise the same.

I have always had a large frame and small breasts. I am age 45, done having kids, and would like to increase my small B breasts to a full C or even D size - whatever is going to look proportional, full, and sexy on my frame.
