Answer: The larger breast would look larger After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Answer: Implants The size is more related to the height, weight, and frame of the woman. So B cup women look great with 400 cc's, and in some it is too large. I would not recommend a D cup women going up to 400 cc's because of such a large and heavy breast she would have to carry.

A 400cc low profile implant will look and fit a patient differently than a 400cc high profile implant. This will also impact the results. The best way to select an implant is through a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.
