If I have a gynecomastia breast reduction for men, are the results permanent, or can the man boobs grow back?

Gynecomastia can recur after any type of surgery. the breast tissue is never completely removed and there is also fat in the area. But, given that, it is unusal for that to happen and even more unusual is to get a recurrence to the same size as before surgery.
