Great Plastic Surgeon - Oakland, CA
Posted by Ky M
Dr. Togba and his staff have been very pleasant, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Everything is explained well up front and there are no hidden costs or worries. Some surgeries can even be performed right out of his medical building to save large amounts on hospital fees! If you ask questions, they will be answered fully and truthfully by this very experienced surgeon. He has been in this business for over 25 years and he remains youthful and steady. So far, I've had 3 completely different surgeries performed by him and I've been happy with them all. I believe he is about the best you will find in this area, and I will continue to see him and refer others to him in the future. Thanks for your beautifying work!

I wanted to regain some of the long lost volume in my face and I did it with Sculptra.
I look at my photos in my early twenties, the difference between then and now (I am 43 years old), is that my cheeks were fuller, but my body was slimmer. Now, it is just the opposite, my body holds more weight in the wrong places and my face is slimmer. For the past 2 years I’ve talked about doing a procedure for my deep malar lines and the hollowness of my under eye area. The malar lines are the creases that can sit on top of the cheek. These along with the...
Latest News in Plastic Surgery - Cell Cryopreservation
Ever thought of saving your fat cells for future use? I recently went to a conference in San Francisco hosted by AdiCyte, a company in Arizona that banks your fat cells (Adipose tissue) for future use. This sounds like real advanced medicine, but in fact, they have over 20 years in cell cryopreservation. Latent in your fat is a huge supply of stem cells that can be harvested and stored for years to come. Stem cells are the source of the diverse cells in your body, so...
Top 3 Comments I Hear from Patients After Breast Reduction Surgery
Over the past 11 years I have interviewed many women that have considered breast reduction and have walked many women through the surgical process from their first phone call to their last post-operative visit. Recently, while sending out a breast reduction patient’s before and after photos I thought about some of the same comments I hear and thought this would be a helpful blog for women that are thinking about this procedure. Top 3 comments I hear from patients after breast...

Start with the part of your face that most concerns you. When you look in the mirror, what is the first area that you always notice and would like to improve? Is it the Jawline? Naso-labial folds? Excess upper eyelid skin? Puffy under eye area? Droopy brow? Sun damaged skin? Let this be your guide and try not to let...
There are different facelift procedures that range from a limited incision facelift which elevates the cheeks and smoothes the jawline to the full facelift that includes tightening the muscles and skin of the neck. Our facelift patients range from 35 – 85 years. I recently had a conversation with our patient, Ms. P, who is 80 years old and had a facelift 3 months ago. When I asked about her welfare, she told me her face looks great. She notices she gets more...
