I got 305cc's, moderate plus Sientra. I could not be happier. My ps (the best ever!) brought in three boxes of implants on the day of surgery because I was Miss Indecision. I chose to go with the middle amount and I do not regret it. Do I wonder what it would be like if I have gone for that extra 20cc's? Of course! But for my frame, even the (male) friends who said, 'go bigger go bigger' have ALL said that it was the perfect choice -- more than I had by a lot and completely elegant and natural.

My fear is not going down!

HI everyone! I seem to be completely obsessed with this website! Here are the facts: I'm 52 years old and 120 lbs. 5'9 inches. I want, like a lot of you, want to look really natural with sexy boobs -- I want both! My choices - my surgery is Friday! - is between 285 and 305. I know that the difference is oh so small, but I am looking at the pics of me and feel like to achieve what I just said, I should go smaller. The ps thinks I can have 305 and still look natural. Will I regret going smaller? I hear many talk about 'now that it's over I wish I had gone bigger' but when I look at the pic of me with the 305, it just seems too big. Help! Many of you have already written to me (thanks Ali!) but I just need a little more of a nudge from women who are my size or who feel strongly when they see my pics. Thanks so so much!

Hi everyone, my date is nearing and I have to pick Cc's tomorrow. I want to look natural so I wanted to put up two pics with sizers so I could get some feedback. Which one looks better, ie, sexy but elegant? Thanks all! Im excited and scared but so far everything has gone better than expected!
I promise to give way more details once I've had my surgery.

So, I went to another doctor whom I sure was great in his way, but Dr. Togba is the quintessential good doctor. He educates you before the surgery so you really feel like you understand what you need to know -- and more. He even said to me, 'if you want to go bigger than (a certain number) of cc's, I really wouldn't want to do it. You'll look ridiculous'. I appreciate that kind of honest and forthrightness. I could not be happier with the entire process with Dr. Togba. His staff is also -- the BEST! At first when I read the reviews of other ladies, going on and on about the staff I thought to myself, 'who cares? They're not doing the surgery!! It doesn't matter if they're nice or not!! But it does. It REALLY does. Melody and Karen and Bonnie put up with my indecision with grace and humor and so much warmth and care. I am so grateful to them. I would highly recommend Dr. Togba for this type of surgery and I'm sure, given my results he's great at all other surgeries as well.
