Smart Lipo + Buttocks Q&A

Dont know what route to go but I am not willing to be put thru general anesthesia. I need a couple of places of fat removal ( arms, full adomen if possible, back) and would love to have a fat transfer to my flat butt and nonexistent hips. I am 5'8 165 pounds.

I am pretty fit but have always had banana rolls (used to have 2). Im considering Smart Lipo on my flanks and banana rolls. I do not want any fat removed from my actual buttocks. Thoughts on the Lipo of the banana rolls? Will it be a good idea? Or will it cause my butt to sag?

I had Smart Lipo but want to wait to have the fat transferred to the buttocks, how long can the fat be saved to transfer before it's no longer good? Or is it not a good idea to have the fat saved at all?

I'm very unhappy with my body lately and I try to work out and eat healthy but I feel like nothing works. I would like honest opinions I was looking into smart lipo because I'm not sure if I want to get full surgery. Open to suggestions I'm in the DC area.

I'm interested in body contour but have a history or various conditions steaming from an SLE lupus condition. I have been doing very well for the past year, as close to remission that I've ever been in (10 years). When dealing with a person with lengthy but past previous health concerns, what is the major determining factor in exceptence, or rejecting a patient? Also, is there a specific medication type that the patient isn't allowed to be on when attempting a cosmetic surgery?

I have been self conscious about my buttocks for a long time, since I was a teenager I have a saggy derrire, with lateral hollows compared to an old lady, this led me to workout, run, exercise and at times restrict my diet. Is there anything I can do, to better my buttocks, and create a gluteal fold, I feel so weird like my butt is a continuation of my leg!

I am 5'9, 200lbs. I am scheduled to have Smartlipo AND fat transfer to my butt using the fat from Smartlipo. I was told by my doctor that there is a special procedure done with the Smartlipo suctioned fat that will make it useable. Is this possible and is there another form of lipo that is done with Smartlipo in order to have living fat celles to use?I am lipoing upper, lower and love handle. I want to be sure I will have good usable fat for my transfer.

I had smartlipo on the gluteal crease (wish i never had) now i have an empty skin pocket for which my doctor adviced me to have a wedge excision under the buttocks without cutting the skin away but folding it in to create a new crease. Please help me i don't really trust this solution but i cannot live with that extra skin it looks horrible
