What would be recommended for my body? I have a line dividing my butt. It's fat. What could fix this? (Photo)

You've got excess fat on the shelf above the booty. This area is called the sacral fat pad and it starts at the top of the buttocks crease. When it's large, it drapes over the top of the buttocks and extends to the fat of the flanks and hips creating an avalanche effect. Liposuction of this area will reveal the much nicer round shape of the top of the buttocks and restore a more natural contour all around the area. It can be combined with fat injections lower down if you wish, but it's not essential.

You will get a great result with lipo if you go to a really good lipo doctor.
Consider Bodytite as an option as it will give you much more tightening. Obviously if not available in USA then you are stuck with other methods but a really good doctor specialising in lipo will work wonders.Good luck

From the photo it seems that your interest in SmartLipo is justified. Through tiny incisions the areas where excess fat resides can be transformed into a soft transition between your lower back and buttocks, all under local tumescent anesthesia. 

Thanks for the question and photos.  You definitely seem to have a depression in the upper 1/3 of the buttocks.  Basically your options are to fill in the depression or smooth out the area by removing some fat on either side of the depression.  Filling in would best be accomplished with fat grafting.  Smoothing out could certainly be accomplished with SmartLipo.  SmartLipo uses a laser to remove ("melt") unwanted fat and can be safely and easily done in the office using ~3 mm incisions, under local anesthesia, in the office.  I suggest you seek out a board-certified Plastic Surgeon with experience in both of these options, and have an in-person consultation.  Best of luck.

The fat depicted in your photo would lend itself to improvement utilizing liposuction. The sculpting liposuction of the lumbar/waist area in addition, would contribute to an outstanding aesthetic outcome.
