My breasts are "deflated" from breastfeeding and pregnancy, I've wanted my breasts done for almost nine years now and I'm finally doing it!! I currently am wearing a 32C bra. I'm getting implants so I can have the fullness back again. I've gone on a few consultations and after meeting dr Thomas I knew she was the right surgeon for me! Of all the consultations I've had she was the most concerned about what it was I wanted and less about trying to sell herself. I felt so comfortable! I scheduled my surgery date before I left the office!! I can't wait! I'm so nervous, I've never had a surgery but right now I think excitement is what's more prominent!! Any recommendations for things to do before my surgery? It's only two weeks away!

You're almost there! Here is a list of helpful recovery supplies you may want to have on hand. There's also a supportive group of members in the June 2015 breast augmentation surgery forum. Good luck and please keep us posted!

Had my preop!!

I felt at a loss for words at times, I was so excited and nervous talking about the surgery that when it came time to ask questions I only had a few. I started worrying about size and profile more today than I did before, I think it must be normal to start worrying about it more closer to surgery date. I put the sizers in during my consult with my bra on that was from VS and a push up bra so I wanted to do it again today with a bra without padding. I felt like it made them look smaller and started wondering if I needed to go bigger but 421 cc seems like a lot already! 457 would be the next size up and since I'm only 5 feet tall I don't want to be all boob!! I just want to have large full DD!

Good luck on your surgery, it's so close now! You must be excited :). I'm only 5 feet as well. I had chosen 425cc.. but as surgery grew closer I was worried it would be too large so I downsized to 400. I'm really happy with my choice although sometimes I do feel a bit top heavy and get frustrated about not being able to wear certain styles or having a hard time finding things that fit the boobs but also fit in the band. Petite girl problems!! I'm not sure how much breast tissue you have naturally but even with a minimal amount I think 421cc will get you to a DD :)

I think I'm happy with 421, she will put a sizer in during surgery and chose the final size! I'm nervous. I don't even fully know what profile she wanted to do. my surgeon obviously knows more than me so I just want to trust in her! I'm so nervous. I was looking at your photos and I think you look great!! I would LOVE to have my end result look like yours!!! I already have a hard time sometimes with tops if I want them to be form fitting, when I was breast feeding i never was unhappy about how my clothes fit, I loved it!

She refered to the profile as midrange.
