I had primary rhinoplasty with Dr. Smith several months ago. I had a tip that turned down and wanted it rotated. Initially I loved the result, but my tip dropped after a few weeks. Now I'm feeling really sad and the worst part is that Dr. Smith doesn't answer any of my emails. I've sent him two now that have been ignored. I don't know what to do and I feel very sad about the experience.

Are you sure your emails have been ignored? I noticed that some of his assistants emails wouldn't show up on my gmail on my laptop, but did show up on my iphone. Also, their office was recently closed for a couple weeks so maybe that is why you haven't gotten a reply yet.

Sorry to hear that. I am sure he will reply. I heard similar issues and the doctors were able to fix them with minor touch ups, so don't worry.Do you mind sharing some pictures ? I also booked a consultation from him. You can send me Pvt message if you would like

I will be writing a comprehensive review later, but overall I didn’t get a nose even close to the digital images and it is still very droopy as you can see.

It depends where you started I think in terms of ... if it was improved? I like the shape, if you look at Emilia Clarke for instance her nose plunges a little upon smiling but she's still gorgeous. At least you don't look like you had surgery, some of the over operated noses are much harder to reverse

Hi! I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with your result. I saw some of your Q&A to doctors on here and you referred to your Dr as a "she" when you got injections. Can you please confirm your surgeon and the doctor you went to for injections are the same person? Thank you

I would just like to warn people on here to stay far far away from this Dr. My results are terrible and he never took any accountability. My friends who went to other Doctors had fantastic results. I regret so much ever choosing Dr. Oakley.
