I am 26 years old & have had no children. My boobs are 12DD - 12E. They hurt under my ribs when I sit up right for too long due to the pressure and heaviness of my boobs. I often get neck pain and bad headaches. I have decided to go ahead with surgery. I cannot wait to be comfortable and out of pain.

Hi everyone. Look Ive worked in the Industry for 25 years and have been privvy to watch procedures in the operating theatres. My adivse to you? DONT GO TO HIM!!! Dr Gianoutsos that is! It is true. He lacks social skills. He is arrogant and rude, and distant in his consultations. There is limited acknowledgment and engagement. Its not being professional - its RUDE! Your'e just a number. There are two plastic surgeons that I would highly recommend. A female whose offices are on Macquarie street. She's on Maquarie St for a reason. INTENSE TALENT!!!! a PERFECTIONIST in the theatres! I and my colleaugues have watched her and she will never finish unless the procedure is perfect. THAT is what you want and need! And a second David Camniar. I recommend him because he cares! To give you an example, I walked into his rooms (work related) and he looked at me and without asking he pulled out a script. I had a cold sore on my lip and simply said you cant walk around like that. Some of you may have been offended with that. I wasnt. He was proactive and sensitive to how I was feeling (without saying anything) and he remedied it. I purchased the product and within a day it was gone. Its that kind of sensitivity and empathy that you need in a doctor. DONT waste your time on ANYONE who doesnt provide you with the SERVICE you deserve. Afterall, ITS YOUR MONEY - NOT his!

I just had surgery with him and I found him to be extremely proactive,sensitive and extremely caring. He even called my husband after surgery to put him at ease also. I never felt I was a number.

I went ahead with the surgery.
The only thing I wish I had of done was get them smaller with a small implant so they didn't naturally drop back. I am happy with the outcome :) even in the pictures they look so different. The photos are 9 months after the surgery :)

looks great! Im looking forward to my consultation with a plastic surgeon to get my reduction as well. The pictures are inspiring, and I am excited to be free of neck and shoulder pain too.

The shape is very nice (but lucky you had good shape to start with). May I ask why the vertical scars appear so wide? Did your wounds separate at all?
