Dr Gianoutsos is one of the best surgeons I've ever interacted. I had a a rhinoplasty and septoplasty and my nose looks amazing! The after surgery care was seamless and healed amazing. Would 10/10 recommend him to everyone

After losing 75 kg, I knew that I would need medical attention to remove excess skin (tummy tuck procedure). I went and saw Prof Gianoutsos at Prince of Wales Hospital at Randwick. He was at the top of my list and came highly recommended and only after one consultation in December 2021, I knew why. It was very clear that he was knowledgeable, caring, understood my situation and had me convinced he was the right person to perform the procedure. He took his time explaining all the details and expectations, which made me feel at ease (considering this was going to be major surgery) My surgery went well! Prof and his team were total professionals (including his anaesthetist Dr Andrew Yue). While in recovery Prof checked in on me daily and so did nurse, Jade (this was very much appreciated, as I was in hospital for 10 nights). Upon my 1 week post hospital discharge appointment, Prof noticed a hematoma build up under the stomach, which was causing me discomfort. Prof was quick to re-assure me that it was nothing serious, but wanted to act swiftly to drain the excess blood. He booked me in for day surgery the following morning. I spent a further 4 nights in hospital until the Prof was happy with the level of my blood drains. I was not charged extra for the second surgery, which was very much appreciated. Thank you to the Prof and his team! I have since been for two routine check-ups and I have fully recovered! I have begun using bio-oils and scarring creams, which has already started to heal; it really looks really good, the colour of the scar has already started to fade (its really impressive!). 4 months have passed and I am feeling great. I look great! And that’s a massive thank you to the Prof and his team. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Prof Gianoutsos! He was always attentive and has an invaluable team who are precise and took great care of me. Best feeling is buying clothes off the rack at any store! ?

Prof. Gianoutsos performed breast augmentation surgery, taking me from an A cup to a small/mid C. Throughout the whole process he made me feel very at ease and comfortable, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. He is clearly an expert in the field and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a breast augmentation.

Due to the longterm results of laparoscopic banding my breast tissue had deployed northwards and subsequently my girls were hitting a J cup which was causing me increasing neck & back pain. It took me some time to work up the courage to seek help. Dr Gianoutsos was recommended to me by a friend and I found him to be enormously professional and caring in his approach to my situation and my apprehension. The procedure moved forward quite swiftly and my appointment was upon me. At every stage from admission to recovery and beyond, every member of staff was so friendly & helpful as well as supportive, not to mention Dr Gianoutsos' skill and excellent manner. I am extremely satisfied with the result and am very pleased to report my neck & back pain has refuced significantly to being almost non-existent. Follow up appointments have been very positive and I have been able to recommend Dr Gianoutsos to several friends which I shall continue to do for as long as I am asked.

Dr Gianoutsos was absolutely professional, respectful and clear in all my dealings with him. He gave me the confidence to proceed because of how he answered all questions and because of his very extensive training and qualifications. It's great to have a surgeon who gives you confidence but more importantly that they know what they are doing. I am so happy with the result and yes it's true, it is a positive life changing procedure.

I had struggled with self confidence regarding my body, especially my small breasts my whole life, so it was a huge decision to get surgery. Even though I come from a medical background, the thought of surgery was so nerve wracking but he addressed all my concerns carefully and made sure I knew everything I needed to know. This has been a 25 year journey. Feeling very self conscious and struggling with shoulder pain, back pain for many years. I couldn't find bras that fit of felt comfortable. I would constantly have a rash under my breast, that was red, raw and painful. Having this procedure has truly been the best decision I have ever made. A/Prof Mark Gianoutsos performed a facelift, neck lift and fat transfer less than 2 weeks ago. The before photo was 4 days before surgery and the after photo was 2 days after surgery when bandages were removed.
