9 years ago I had a partial lift with 450cc saline implants. Pretty early on I developed capsular contraction in my left breast causing the implant to stay very high and hard with my natural tissue sagging. I first got them done because I went from a DD to a C when developing within a few months and they were streched and saggy with not a lot of volume left. I wanted a lift and to fill them out with as little scars as possible so went with the lift around the areola.
This time around I switched surgeons and had a full lift without the bottom anchor cut and had the capsule removed which my surgeon said it was the worst he's ever seen and it was really thick. I also switched from saline to natrelle gummy bear implants staying at 450cc.
Yesterday wasn't too bad after the surgery and I am in a lot less pain then the first time around which was excruciating. I have a drain tube in the left breast which will come out once the fluid slows down. This morning was a little tougher and more painful but I expected that. So far so good though and can't wait to see what they look like!

Day 3
snecci13January 17, 2018
Today is day 3 since my surgery. Still in pain but it's tollerable with the pain meds. The left side which had the capsule hurts worse but I'm hoping once the fluid slows down and the drain comes out it will feel a little better. Can't wait for my post opp on Friday to take the dressings off and see them! Still nervous about the capsule reforming but I'm feeling good about them so far!

Post opp appointment today
snecci13January 19, 2018
I had my 5 day post opp today. I feel like the shape and lift is going to look great in a few months once healed. I'm a little down right now though. I had a reaction to the tape they had put on my entire chest and now have blisters on my boobs that they say are going to take a few weeks to heal. Taking the tape off was painful and ripped one open. Between the pain and anxiety of dealing with blister pains too it was a tough appointment. My drain tube was able to come out though and I feel much less restricted with the tape off. Still have a lot of bruising but my incisions look so much better than I had expected after looking at others pictures. Has anyone else experienced blisters from the adhesive? I wish I had remembered that when I had allergy testing done I reacted so badly to the adhesive they couldn't get a good reading of the actual test spots. :/
