How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

3 year update.
Crazy to think it’s been 3 years since I got my BA. I had them done in March 2022, and again in July 2022 with the bigger ones. Best decision I’ve ever made for myself. Dr. Sargent couldn’t have done a better job.

I have days when I love my implants and days when I wish I had chosen something different. More than anything, I wish they were the same size now. I think my left should be smaller and my right to be a little bigger and I would like my nipples lower but I’m sure if I had exactly what I want- I’d still find something to complain about. Sad but true reality when you have body dysmorphia.
I like reading others reviews on their surgeries and seeing that a lot of us go through ups and downs after breast augmentations and reading the positive opinions of others to help ease any insecurities one may have about themselves.
I don’t know if I’ll ever do another revision, trying to achieve what I “want”. I would really hate to do it because I’m nitpicking and cause myself a complication in the future that might botch my breasts.

As I’ve stated in previous updates, I’ve lost weight since my surgery and my left breast being the larger one- really shows the implant shape around the bottom. I think it’s almost a little too big for my frame now. The right side isn’t like that. I wonder if it’d be better if it was 650cc instead of 700cc. I still wish they were the same size implants, but I try not to pick them apart because they aren’t perfect, because who’s actually are? i will say I have this burning sensation between my shoulder blades a lot. I think it’s the weight of the implants along with my not so great posture. Would I still go bigger if my body would support it? Absolutely. If I HAD to go down any, I would do 650cc in both lol. I love the big fake look.
