WORTH IT$9,500
Crazy to think it’s been 3 years since I got my BA. I had them done in March 2022, and again in July 2022 with the bigger ones. Best decision I’ve ever made for myself. Dr. Sargent couldn’t have done a better job.

I have days when I love my implants and days when I wish I had chosen something different. More than anything, I wish they were the same size now. I think my left should be smaller and my right to be a little bigger and I would like my nipples lower but I’m sure if I had exactly what I want- I’d still find something to complain about. Sad but true reality when you have body dysmorphia.
I like reading others reviews on their surgeries and seeing that a lot of us go through ups and downs after breast augmentations and reading the positive opinions of others to help ease any insecurities one may have about themselves.
I don’t know if I’ll ever do another revision, trying to achieve what I “want”. I would really hate to do it because I’m nitpicking and cause myself a complication in the future that might botch my breasts.

Hi! I just had my breast aug on NYE and I wanted to stop by and thank you for all of your posts and photos-- they have been incredibly helpful and relatable. When I stumbled across your images, I knew right away that I would be showing them to my surgeon as my inspiration photos. I believe she came extremely close to a similar result (and I'm beyond thrilled so far) because of all the effort you've put in to helping others on here :)-- you're beautiful inside and out. Thank you for your engagement and being so open about your experience!! Wishing you all the best (and a little extra love on the days you're feeling nitpicky).

Awh I’m glad to hear my reviews helped you. When I got my first BA, I hadn’t seen any breasts posted that were uneven or reviews on what to expect so I thought the least I can do is post my own experience. I’m glad you’re loving your results so far! I hope as they heal, they are everything you want and more! <3

As I’ve stated in previous updates, I’ve lost weight since my surgery and my left breast being the larger one- really shows the implant shape around the bottom. I think it’s almost a little too big for my frame now. The right side isn’t like that. I wonder if it’d be better if it was 650cc instead of 700cc. I still wish they were the same size implants, but I try not to pick them apart because they aren’t perfect, because who’s actually are? i will say I have this burning sensation between my shoulder blades a lot. I think it’s the weight of the implants along with my not so great posture. Would I still go bigger if my body would support it? Absolutely. If I HAD to go down any, I would do 650cc in both lol. I love the big fake look.

To me they look great and I showed your pics to my surgeon as a reference and she suggested 700cc, I’d rather took 800cc, but I can’t convince her. So in less than 3 weeks I’m going on revision from 415 cc Mentor moderate plus, anatomical shape to motiva ergonomix 700cc high profile. I really hope to get the same or at least similar look as you have

I hope you get the look you want! I wanted HP but my surgeon only does mod+. I wonder if I would think they are big enough if they were HP because they would have more projection. I can’t wait to see yours when you post an update about them!

Thanks a lot!:) and thanks for sharing your experience, it’s really helpful:)

Thx for the update! Do you work out? Id suggest you should get into fitness routine and work on your back. A lot of big breast models have to work out to maintain their physique.

That’s a wonderful idea. I need to search some exercises to help out with my shoulder burn! Thanks!

Hi hi, i wanted to ask if you were considering fat grafting to the side that looks smaller to you? As I’m one month post op since i changed mine 415 to 775, and i feel like I might need to put some fat in my left side..

I’ve never thought of that at all actually. I’m curious how that would work, because my issue is- I want the smaller implant fuller at the top. Maybe in the future I’ll try again and do the same size since the left breast has been stretched now with the larger implant and it was my smaller breast. They possibly could hold the same size implant now and look good.
If you do it, post how it goes and I’ll check it out!

Do you know what your breast width diameter was? Mine is about 13.1-13.2 and I have to do high profile in order to get close to the size I want. I’m doing 595cc and 650cc because asymmetry. I’m scared it might be a tad bit too small but my surgeon won’t go bigger than 650. I’m 5’8 and 150lbs.

I have no idea what it was! I’m sure 650 will looks great because mine are mod+ and my 600 is big and my 700 is really big (to me). My husband says he can’t tell a difference, but I can. I think HP will look bigger than mine and I know mine are big to everyone else because they (my family) says I would be crazy to go bigger because mine are too big for me. I disagree though. I’d like a 675 and 700 maybe. I don’t think I could go bigger than 700 in mod+ bc I do think it’s almost too big for my body. My 600 isn’t. I’d love HP but dont want to ruin them bc I always want more. Lol

I could do Ultra High Profile and do 650cc and 700cc but I’m scared that might be too much so thinking about just sticking with what we originally decided on. I don’t want to bottom out or have issues which is what my surgeon was explaining to me but I really don’t think 650 will look too big on my frame.

I would be so happy to get anything close to your results! Surgery is 3/3/25 so fingers crossed!
