Worst Decision of my Life

I feel the pictures speak for themselves but I'll elaborate a bit about my septorhinoplasty.
It was, by far, the worst decision of my life. I knew the first time I saw my nostrils when I changed my bandage the day of my surgery that they were disfigured. I tried to tell myself "it's just swelling" but deep down I knew they were permanently disfigured. Nothing has changed in the nine months since surgery.
Next up, my bridge. It was not crooked before the surgery, now it's crooked and my tip is smooshed to the left. It's off center and was not before. I never bumped my nose and was always very careful about inadvertently hitting it. I didn't let my 3 year lay down with me at night for the longest time because I was worried about my nose. It's a disaster honestly.
My breathing issues were very minor (maybe some snoring) before the surgery but I felt like I should correct my deviated septum if I wanted a rhinoplasty. Well, I now CAN'T breathe of of my nose. We're talking like 80% blockage. I joke that if I got robbed in a home invasion and duct tape were put over my mouth, I'd die. Yes, it's that bad.
My nose is substantially shorter now, not in a good way. I need length added back.
And I have a constant drip from both nostrils. Awful.
Finally, the alarplasty. I never consented to an alarplasty. The paperwork I signed was for a septoplasty, a rhinoplasty, and a turbinate reduction. The doctor said "I felt you wouldn't be happy without it." What?! I have no idea how many alarplasties this doctor has performed but I presume it's very few. This procedure cannot be reversed. Look at my nostrils... :(
During the pre surgery appt, I asked if he took any table pictures. He said he did not. Hmm, okay. Table pics are all the rage so I was surprised he did not take any....Oh, what I would give to see table pictures of my nose.
The doctor was supposed to give me his cell number in case I had issues overnight or on the weekend after the surgery. Yeah... he never did. I thought he was going to give it to my husband and he didnt. I didn't have issues but when you tell your patient that you'll be responsive via a cell phone number, I expected him to follow through.
As we were driving home from the surgery, my husband mentioned how he was very unimpressed with him when he came out of surgery. Bad bedside manner and he seemed flustered. He talked about my nostrils flaring during the alarplasty and how he needed to take more out (not clear on what 'more' exactly meant, possibly septum?).
My cast looked terrible and crooked to the left. I had concerns from the outset about that but he assured me it wasn't crooked. He said it's going to be cute.
At the one month 1 month appointment, it was obviously very crooked, very swollen. He didn't mention kenelog shots or anything that would have helped with the swelling and prevention of scar tissue.
At the 4 monthish appointment I voiced my concerns more vocally and he agreed it looked bad. He wanted to schedule me for a revision at 7 months. Everything I've read said wait for a year so I became very concerned. I was about to put a deposit for the revision down but I just couldn't go through with it.
During that 4 month appointment he said the septoplasty 'must have buckled' or 'maybe it's a stitch that came undone.' I found it odd that he looked up my nostrils and that was the best answer he could give. Those answers weren't good enough for me so I scheduled an appointment with a local ENT. He was able to tell me that I had scar tissue and one or both nasal valves have collapsed. Welp, there yah have it.
I've since been advised I need a revision expert and someone that works with rib revisions. I'm praying that it can be fixed functionally. Not being able to breathe is the worst feeling. Fixing this nonfunctioning disfigurement will cost about 20k without insurance. That was just my first quote.

I'm sorry you endured this. The other reviews have to be family because looking back at the entire process for me, all the red flags were there with this doctor so I blame myself. He is a joke 100% very bad joke

You wrote everything that I was thinking, so bless you for trying to warn people. He basically maimed my beautiful daughter, and now we have to seek out experts across the country to try to restore her breathing and repair her collapsed nose. After he milked our health insurance, he basically threw his hands up in the air as if to say “Oh well, I guess I messed it up.” He should be reviewed by a higher medical authority for what he has done to you and my child.

Still the worst design of my life

I am 1 yr post op and my nose is still deformed. Still can't breath. Still crooked. Nostrils still asymetrical and deformed. Still have two collapsed valves. I added a picture of my profile view which is what I went in for. That also looks awful. He chopped all projection off. For a causcasian person, I now have a very flat nose. 0/10 experience, 0/10 results, and didn't consent to the alarplasty which still makes me irate.

I've added all my terrible pics so that you do not make the mistake I did.
