Time flies with boobs

Its been quite a while since i posted an update, I'm now 19 mpo and am really happy with my size 95% of the time (lol boob greed it happens to us all) for those wondering i started off as a 12 (34) and after drop n fluff i settled at a 12 E (or DDD/F for those in the US) but have lost some weight since so now a 10 (32) F which is equivalent to a G cup US i think i was back to full gym workouts by 6 mpo but i still avoid training chest as don't want to potentially mess up my 10 K investment all my normal clothes still fit but much better except for some button up shirts and i will say that bra shopping has become my new obsession lol. Since my weight loss i have noticed a slight indentation /ripple in my left breast near the cleavage so will be asking my surgeon if fat transfer can be done to help this at my 2 yr po appointment in a few months, will keep you all updated on how that goes but in the meantime here's some more post op pics.

8 weeks post po

Hi sorry i hav'nt updated in a while ive been very busy. I went back to teaching my Aerobic classes yesterday and it was sooo good to get back into exercising especially after the Christmas break, have lost a bit of upper body strength and fitness but i expected that, I've had to modify some of my training since getting my implants as it feels strange doing chest work . My recovery so far has been very easy and ive had no pain except for when i had a fall at my local shopping center as someone had spilt some soft drink and i slipped over putting my arms out to stop my fall and twisted my ankle then woke up with a sore right breast which i must have jared in my fall. Other than that everything is healing well my scars are looking pretty neat and i think im starting to see a little drop and fluff which seems like it's taken forever but i knew it would with anatomical (teardrop ) implants, im out of my post op surgical bra and am now wearing some nice non underwire bras but wont be able to wear under wire till 3 moths

Two weeks post and pics

Sorry im a few days late posting its been a busy week. I got cleared to start light cardio and lower body work outs at two wks which i must say came at just the right time as i was starting to go stir crazy not being able to exercise, i also went back to my part time job as a Hairdresser and was pleasantly surprised, i had no pain or discomfort in my boobs but was very tired by the end of the week , this gives me hope as this time of year can get very buys in the salon with blow drying , i have returned to the gym but taking it steady and only doing three days a week as dont want to over do it and set myself back , i am planning adding a little more exercises to my work outs each week and gradually increasing the length of my cardio.my next post op app is Mid December when i go for my 6 week check up . Will post some 2 and 3 wk photos.

From the first consult i had with Sam i just knew i wanted him to be the one to perform my BA, he was very informative and went through all the pros and cons he even answered all my questions before i had asked them. I have complete trust in Sam and his team that i will get the natural look I'm after.
