I have been wanting larger breast since after having my children so this procedure has been long awaited! I was always petit small up top round on my bottom. I have a picture in my head of exactly what kind of results I am hoping to have and requested between 615 to 650cc's to accomplish this, over the past year I have gained 25-30lbs due to a leg injury and surgery setback, I recently returned back to running and the gym and have lost 9lbs yay! I am wondering how this will affect the appearance of the breast implants? My main concern is my dr is telling me I can only do 560cc's Max and I'm wondering why? I am not a small girl by any means! I'm thick with broad shoulders at the moment! I was under the impression in regards to cc's this is a decision I made? I have friends much smaller in width, height and lbs with 700cc's no problem so I am wondering how this works exactly! Feedback appreciated! Below are my wish pics! 9 days & counting!

Welcome! I LOVE YOUR WISH BOOBIES, and if you happen to know where I can get that bra, PLEASE do tell! As far as implant size, it is your decision, BUT, you still need to give your doctor a little wiggle room. You have to trust his judgement. If you dont, and you cant, it's the wrong doctor. prayers to you! Xoxox

I had a similar situation yesterday at my pre op! Was going with 500cc and PS thought it was not a good idea. I have a small frame as well and his concern is sagging and/or bottoming out from the higher volume breast! Good luck and listen to your PS, I'm sure he or she will make your new appearance look amazing!

Hi there! The day of surgery I had one comment for my surgeon...Go big or go home! He did it! I left everything in his hands and he came through wonderfully! When I woke up his nurse informed me we went with 650CCs.... happy camper! Happy with the results...,, The only thing! BOOB GREED....It's real! They look small to me! The upside ..... I can totally hide the behind my clothes, no one would ever know which works out perfectly professionally.... but naked & in sports bra's they look huge so I feel like I'm having the best of both worlds thus far. From experience, in my opinion.... go with the larger implants...No regrets

So my date scheduled for This Friday!!! I am not feeling nervous just yet as I feel I am well versed as far as what to expect.... I will probably be a total wreck the day of!!! I have taken the rest of the month of April off to focus on my recovery. Just trying to purchase all the little essentials for the day of, the days prior and days following my BA. Open to suggestions! So far, I have heard a travel size neck pillow and straws are definitely must haves.....Got them! Check! If you know of anything else that can help with a speedy recovery please do tell! I have shared my plans with 2 people who keep asking about my excitement level and as of today ZERO.... My excitement level will kick in the minute I look down and see them for myself! Anyone else on this page? I will continue to post my journey along the way as I have so appreciated this site and reading everyone's story. Happy Sunday! Good luck to all on the same journey! XoXo

good luck to you ... I am 45 yrs old and have an upcoming BA on 4/23 ... my bwd is 16 and at pre visit we decided on 650 hp saline which I am now thinking I should go bigger due to the fact im 5 feet 7 195 lbs... im so confused

Ty! Yours is right around the corner too! I'm all set for Friday but my research is never ending! I too wanted 650cc's maybe 615 ....My PS is telling me 560cc Max ... but will try different sizes and go up if he can, I'm not a small girl so fingers crossed!!! I need to be happy with the size so I am confused too now!!!
