Athletic - 250cc Over Muscle Low Plus Soft Touch

Hi all!
I decided to share my journey since this website was incredibly helpful to me! I have a petite, athletic build - I'm 5'2" / 115lbs and currently an A cup.
I work out almost every day and do a lot of intense workouts - crossfit, cycling, weight lifting. I don't want to cut into my muscle and don't want the deformation that happens when you flex when you have under the muscle.
I found that getting over the muscle isn't as common here in the US as it is in Australlia or the UK. It's been hard to find good examples of people going for overs that are starting from a cup, but I found a few (some are vloggers on youtube!) , and from what I found I really like the look of overs and think I can achieve a good/natural result.
I'm also not getting large implants, so I'm pretty sure I'll be fine.
I met with 4 doctors and chose one here in Beverley Hills. He has done a lot of work on athletes, and I'm very confident in him and we have a good plan in place!
He is ordering 195cc-250cc and will use sizers day of procedure to determine the best size. I decided to go with Low Plus profile because the diameter of the size cc I want fits my measurements better in Low Plus. I am around 12cm diameter.

Feeling great post op!

Everything went amazing!! Back home and feeling great. My surgeon injects a local pain killer that will be released for 1-3 days, so i know thats helping right now.
My anesthesiologist was incredible. Even called me the night before to talk for 20minutes to make sure everything was good to go and that i was prepared. I woke up with ZERO nausea which i was very surprised about. I didnt even get car sick in an hour long drive home. I was most worried about that part - so happy.
When i got home i ate soup, crackers and some fruit. No problem eating.
My surgeon said to move around and move arms when possible to help speed recovery- I guess the worse thing you can do is not move t all!
I hear the 2nd day is the worst so im going to take a tylenol extra strength before i go to bed. Trying to avoid the stronger pain meds to avoid bloating. Will see if i can do that!! Already took colace as a precaution and some anti inflammatory supplements. :)
SO HAPPY !

Here are some pre op photos - you’ll see my left breast is smaller, which is why we had different sized implants to try and gain more symmetry.
