I'm almost 18 and I've hated my nose for so long. I am a twin and my twin got blessed with a beautiful nose. I have hated it and thought it doesn't fit my face for years. It's droopy, big and has a bump. I have a consultation April 14th. My mum hates her nose too and has already had her consultation so I know what to expect with that. It's something I've always wanted to have done, but I'm just very nervous.

Thanks for starting your story on RealSelf! We are glad to have you here! I wouldn't look at your nose and think there was anything wrong, but I do know how it feels to not like the nose you're born with. Make sure to choose a VERY experienced surgeon who has done hundreds/thousands of rhinoplasties. Here's a list of questions to ask at your consultation. Don't be afraid to go on two or three more if you're not bowled over with your first. Let us know how it goes!

Same as me only I'm way older than you. I have a twin with the perfect nose and Its so much worse when you are compared to the other and makes me even more conscious of how big my nose is compared to her. Anyway its now or never so I'm going in September for my first appointment.
