2nd Breast 24 Years Later and No Drains

I am in the healing phase and shocked at the pain and bruising. 1 full week post op and praying scaring is minimal.

My first reduction included drains, this most recent procedure did not include drains, I wonder if that would decrease bruising.

Hii Sis!

Did you get a proper pre-op picture perhaps which you are willing to share? I'm a 36G and want a similar result as yours!

Wish you a speedy recovery <3

Hello… they are in the first set. You can see where the surgeon placed the “x” on both breast.

Sending wishes for a successful surgery

I’ve never been so happy to have stitches removed…. I cannot find a comfortable bra and geesh my mind is all over the place with healing. Looking for the best bras to assist with a lengthy healing. Everything itches

Do your nipples feel like leather? This looks like necrosis

They felt extremely numb until the weekend. It’s definitely been a journey.

Has your doctor said anything about your sutures and how they are healing? I'm noticing some keloids forming, and your right nipple looks like it needs to be checked.

Hello, I had one suture removed today and he said “everything is healing like it should” I had been wearing bras for compression and today he informed me to go w/o.

Since surgery, I had been wearing compression and sports bras. Today I was informed to let them go free. Which was great b/c these 2 weeks have been a trying time.
One suture removed and my skin is unbelievably sensitive, I received a good report after being concerned about opening and drainage.
Back to cleaning and praying it heals on its on.
