WORTH IT
I have my breast reduction scheduled in exactly a month today with Dr Steven Merten. I'm honestly still trying to get my head around it. I'm reading up on as many reviews that I can and preparing for the worst. I'm not usually a pessimist but I think it will help me accept how they may look after their done.
Dr Merten does really beautiful work and I'm sure it will be a great result and i'm looking forward to my new upcoming shape.
I'm going to speak to him about some Vaser Lipo while I'm under and to have a look at my unsatisfactory labiaplasty I had done a year and a half ago and therefore have a tailor made makeover while I'm at it. I imagine he'll need to adjust the quote but I'm cool with that.
My next appointment with him isn't until the 31st so I'll just keep reading and planning until that happens. I'll check in again after that xx

I had my breast reduction surgery 5 1/2 weeks ago and could NOT be more thrilled! I went from a 34G to a 34C. Should have done it 25 years ago. To say I've had pain is an exaggeration. I've been super sore, but totally manageable and my new boobs look amazing! No drains, no external sutures have made for sleek, almost non-noticeable scars. Don't stress it. SO worth it!

Soo worth It! Had mine in Sept. went from 36ddd to 34c. It's crazy how much you feel the weight off.

In anticipation of my final Drs consultation on Wednesday I thought I'd post my 'before' pics.
I had every intention of loosing a few kilos before my surgery, instead I've put a little on. I'm going to speak to the Dr about a little lipo ;-)

Pre Op Appointment

I had my pre-op appointment today. It was quick and he gave me another examination. I talked to him about wanting lipo on my belly and back and he thinks I should have a tummy tuck but I'm not interested in that, so he recommended a liposculpture doctor and I'll investigate that in a few months.
Anyway, back to my breast reduction. Dr Merten reassured me about the operation and handed me over to Sharon who explained what I needed for the op. She fitted me in my bra and gave me body wash and tape, I signed the papers so I'm set!
Two and a half weeks to go!

I just had one done. I am 3 weeks post op. I’ve had excessive swelling that opened my stitches. My dr did not use drains. I will say when you have the surgery, rest after. I think I did too much too soon.
