Incision Seems to Have Opened and Gotten Worse After Honey Gel Treatment at 1 Month Post Op.. What Can I Do?

I am one month post op from my surgery and my incision seems to have opened up. I went in to see my doctor and she put on a honey ointment and suggested I use medihoney to treat the wound but it seems to have gotten worse. I put on an ointment similar to neosporin on it now but am not sure what to do next.

Hi! Yes it did! The medihoney closed up the wound after about 2 weeks! I just had to be consistent with putting it on morning and night & would rinse it off with water in the shower. Once it scabbed up I stopped using it and the scab fell off on its own! I'm now using silicone gel for the scar treatment

oh my goodness thank God! did you just apply the medihoney and cover it with a gauze? I just started the using the honey yesterday.
