Dr Franco has been great! Always kind. Never too busy to take the time to listen. Extremely intelligent. I’m very happy with my results. I trust him with my life.
I have experienced doctors who were arrogant and have terrible bedside manner in the past.
Dr. Franco is definitely is the right surgeon for me in every way.

Hi,
I before this surgery I had DD, 375cc under the muscle. Doctor removed those implants and put in new ones above the muscle.
I am now a G with the 750cc implants above the muscle.

I had animation deformity with my first breast augmentation sub-muscular. So the doctor removed my old implants and sewed my muscle back down to the chest wall and put in new 750cc implants above the muscle. Very happy with my results still.

Ohhh gotcha. Did you have to use internal bra with the large implants, considering no muscle support? Asking bc I recently got 800cc, unders, and I worry that I should have gotten internal bra as precautionary (Bc of the size of implants alone). I feel like if I had overs I’d worry even more. Maybe I’m just a worrier lol!! Your results look great! Honestly makes me wish I has considered overs to begin with.
