39y/o Needed TT and Breast Implant Replacement fro 485 mod to 750cc L/800cc R HP Silicone
ORIGINAL POST
It's time for my tummy tuck and lipo to my flanks...
WORTH IT
It's time for my tummy tuck and lipo to my flanks and because I was unhappy with my recent breast implant 485 moderate profile that was done 6 months ago, I decided to get it switched out to HP 700/800cc. I looked around for other surgeons but the first time I met with DR Franco I knew he'd be the one for me. I also met with him for a second consultation with my hubby and Dr gave his insights but did not forced me into doing what he wants. He measured me and put me in a bra with silicone to see the look I wanted. He told me that he'll be able to go aggressive because my skin was stretched. Hubby was pleased with him also so I paid my down payment and scheduled my surgery for Sept 29th.
On Sept 15th I saw him for my pre-op. He measured me and had me try on the bra again. He told me he'll bring 700-750 &800cc to surgery then he'll decided which one fits best. My breast is also asymmetrical so he'll use 50cc more to my right. I hated the way my right nipple look. They are lap sided. I asked if he can fix. He said he'll try. He listened closely and answered all my questions. I like the fact that he does the no drains system. He'll inject Exparel throughout my stomach and liposuction area.
Sept 28th my surgery day. I went in at 5am for Surgery to begin at 7am. Well I checked in at the surgery center and the lady was so pleasant. She took my info and got me all registered. A nurse Michelle came and took me back to my room. Had me pee ina cup, hanged into gown and cap, started my IV and next thing I was given meds then I was off.

Love your results!! How tall are you if you don't mind me asking? I'm 130 5'3 and want to go 750-800.

Thanks. I'm 129 5'3. I'd say go for it. They are not humongous at all!!!

I'm almost 5'5" and about 140 and went 800cc.
Go for it! If your bwd can accomodate, of course.
But if your PS says they'll fit and it's what you really want...do what you want! Big does NOT automatically equal stripper or [RS bleep] star looking boobs.
So if you feel that big will balance you out and it's you're true desire...go for it.

You're looking fab and your results are great. I wanted a TT and implants but due to moving and my timeline opted for just implants for the time being. It really boosts confidence. I think my body is so much more balanced than ever before...but your pics have renewed my interest in a TT. We shall see what happens with that.
But you do look pretty fab. Good for you!

Your doctor did an amazing job reconstructing your belly button; it is the best I've seen yet after a TT! I am also impressed with how your TT incision is practically invisible. You look great, and your doctor did great work.

Hows the lipo

I rally didn't need much. I was very sore. He had to do more to my left flank than right because I have scoliosis. I asked him to do a little stinky arm pits because I had like tree rolls, he did and I can see the difference.

Hey you look great. Question for you one side appears to not be as tight as the other on many of these pictures, did you see improvement hen it healed? Im scheduled for Dec and trying to get as much insight as possible.

Yes I got 759 in the left and 800cc to right. The left looked bigger because it's smaller and more swollen but now as time passes they are looking the same.

December 12, 2016
Is that why that happens??? I swear my left was smaller all my life but seemed so much bigger post op until a couple weeks ago!!!! Is it extra swelling??? How'd you figure that out? I may sound stupid, but it really perplexed me and I never thought to ask my PS and your answer here just made me think of it again. Looking super good, btw!

Yes I was too. I actually told him that I don't want 800cc but he knew the look that I was going for. I am so glad he did lol
