Unhappy Patient, Bad Results, and Ignored Post Opt
Honestly, it took me a few years to post this review because I really wanted to agree on a reasonable price for a revision. I also feel like most issues can be resolved without having to harm someones business but I have since come to the conclusion it isn't my job to protect their record because they haven't cared for my body.
I give up. It has been exhausting going back and forth with Cosmeticare. I have had a capsule contracture since my second week post opt, and they wanted to charge me 17,000 to revise it, after paying 15,000 for the first surgery. I don't feel like they care for their patients happiness. I believe Micheal Niccole might, but it seems like the rest of Cosmeticare does not. Especially Cheri Lynn Thompson, who is in charge of patient coordination ( I will never forget getting rushed out of the surgery room by here right when I opened my eyes just because she wanted to go home).
She ignored so many of my emails and acted annoyed at my inquiries instead of concerned. Hopefully this is helpful to anyone considering Dr Niccole for a revision.
I'm honestly less mad at the surgeon and more upset with Cosmeticare. I know Dr Niccole is good, I have heard good things from friends. I just had a bad result which can happen to anyone going down in size. I was just really hoping to end up with a result I could live comfortably with, a reasonable price for a revision, and a more compassionate staff.
