WORTH IT$10,500
In my mid 20's I was an A cup and decided to undergo a breast augmentation. At that time I was 5'1 100 lbs. I went with an under the muscle 350cc saline implant filled to a 375. The surgery increase me to a big C or small D cup (mid 20's and no children). Fast forward to age 42 with one child (8+ years ago). I'm now a C cup with a lower breast profile. I'm looking to go with a Mentor 650cc Ultra High Profile silicone (medium cohesion) under the muscle revision (surgeon seemed to want to stay with a 590cc). I want a DD-DDD with the upper chest projection. I'm currently 5'1 115 lbs... Just looking for advise from others. BTW, Dr. Corbin is absolutely Amazing!!!

Saline 350's (filled to 375) are coming out and silicone Mentor Ultra HP 650's are going in (via the armpit/under the muscle like the first procedure). I had great results with Dr. Corbin the first time so I'm back for bigger.

I decided to go with the Mentor UHP 650cc silicone implats via the armpit to replace my 375cc saline implants (both under the muscle) and love the results. I'm 5'1 115 lbs and started at a 34a. They are continuing to increase in size and even out. Chest is a bit soar but not bad at all. Stopped pains meds after three days. The armpit incision site is the most uncomfortable. The stitches were removed at my one week checkup. Looking forward to my one month results!

I'm torn between saline or silicone. Can you tel kml me your experience with saline vs silicone?

Saline was great however it can show ripples. If you squeeze them if feels like a water bag. Silicone has no ripples and feels much more natural. The incision is larger for silicone as the implant is prefilled. Since my incision site was in the armpit, silicone was definitely a better choice.
