Trying to figure out what type and size boob is hard!! I have my surgery scheduled for March 15th, 2022. I am nervous and excited! I have SCOURED this site for a few months now after my consult. GIRL. It is so hard to find your height, weight range, similar body shapes and boobs, trying to find what you are wanting. I told my doctor, I care way more about shape than size. I am very hourglassy, and after losing and gaining weight and losing, my not so amazing boobs were left even less amazing.

Yeah honestly no two womens anatomy Is the same! I found that it's really easy to start comparing or trying to find wish pics (which is great for a reference point), but I found the best way for me to choose a size was trying on sizers right in the docs office, and then just really trusting the judgement of my surgeon. Honestly though your probably going to look great whatever size you choose! You already have nice symmetrical boobies with some tissue there! (I literally had almost no breast tissue haha).

Thank you! I think the sizers made me more confused! I really don’t want to go “big” but full if that makes sense and yes with the breast tissue I have I think I’ll be good in the 300 range! Tomorrow is the day tho so I need to figure it out!

Not related to your surgery but your body looks really nice

I'm kind of the same build, smaller up top, and I was initially really scared of how big my surgeon suggested, but took a leap of faith after trying sizers and seeing how things looked on me. I love the size my surgeon suggested and am so glad I didn't go any smaller. I could have even gone a bit bigger because it would still match my frame. You'll look great!

Hey PDXAvalon! Your breasts are wonderful. I understand your indecisiveness with choosing the right implant for your body. When I was considering a breast implant, I knew I wanted saline implants. They may not feel as natural as silicone, you can get them overfilled to achieve a more natural feel. Your body will absorb the saline if it erupts, unlike silicone. Also, with silicone you have to monitor them to check for eruptions via mammograms, Lastly, I chose a size the complimented my body, yet low maintenance as possible. Though I wanted a bigger size, I did not want to be top heavy. I considered back pain from the weight and when removed I did not was a breast lift. I chose 270cc saline implants with overfill. I did not wind up getting implants, but this is the information I obtained when I was going to. I hope this helps. Wishing you a successful surgery and a smooth recovery!

My surgery went great. I fell asleep pretty fast and woke up soon after. The ride home was rough.. but now I’m in the pillow bed with pedialyte and goldfish and am feeling really ok. My boobs are swollen for sure. Doctor went with 385cc after picking from 325-390cc. Straight chillin.

Definitely struggling more today. Right arm spasms and chest tighten up with any movement. I took a oxy because it was a lot of pain. Have mobility in my left arm only. The doctors nurse just called me to check on me and told me it sounds very normal. I’m still trying not to look in the mirror.. I’m so big and high that it’s hard not to look at.

It has been over a week.. after 3/4 days most of the horrible spasms went away, but still was kind of rough. Now, I can move my arms freely without pain but my chest is so tight and swollen and high. Scared I last minute went too big. (Was planning on 325-360cc) But back to work today at a physical job!

I'm so freaked out! I'm 5'6 140 and my chest bwidth is 13.1 and I'm going with 400 mentor mod plus which are 13.1.
375 felt amaze Like I had nothing in...350 seemed perkier. Going under muscle I chose to size up. But I'm worried...I don't want to take the shape away by going to big thank U for sharing ur journey it has helped me alot to find similar experiences to guide me
