I love my results!! The firm side completely softened and there's no more pain. I can definitely tell these implants are putting a lot of pressure on my lower pole when I lay on my stomach, I get anxiety they're just going to fall out the bottom of my chest ! Not painful at all but I can definitely feel how large they are. Zero back pain though. The capsular contracture hasn't come back and the asymmetry has improved a lot. I'm obsessed with the side boob and clevage. I like to wear the clasp middle sticky bras because it reduces some lateral spread in tight tops so I don't look wide and matronly. I'm not a fan of the upper pole fullness and round shape as I would prefer a teardrop shape but it does look perfectly amazing
I recently learned about Motiva Ergnomix 2 and decided whenever I get my future revision in >10 years I'll be switching to the Ergnomix teardrop shaped implants for the most natural look.
I currently have:
Natrelle Smooth Round Moderate
520cc / 14.50 / 4.8
Id switch to:
Ergonomix 2 Mini Teardrop Microtextured
500 560 / 14.50 15.00 / 3.4 3.5 to correct asymmetry
So pretty much the exact same size but teardrop shape and -1.3/1.4 projection which would be PERFECT for me! The teardrop under the muscle should look amazing. I'm so excited to see how it'll look !

I just wanted to add another photo. The blister scars are still holding on but Vitamin E oil and Azaelaic Acid help a lot. They get softer and prettier everyday. I'm also 10 days post lipo you can't even tell

4 MPO REVISION UPDATE
They're so perfect soft and plush I love them so much. The entire time I had my last set I was never obsessed with them like I am now. They did shrink quite a bit so when I'm naked or in a bikini I do want a bit more...but when I wear my 28G bra it looks exactly how I want in clothing. Also zero signs of capsular contracture in either. Revision was a success !

I also realize I would've been happy with even less projection; I'm so curious how the 640 low plus would've looked. Maybe for my 10+ year revision...

I'm planning a downsize around 260-300cc low or low plus profile. I regret getting big implants! I just hate the augmented look. A huge reason I did it was influence around me telling me to go bigger. As I've said in many previous posts I wish I had just done 300s from the beginning. Or just not augmented at all. I'm not too worried about the revision. I know he'll tighten the pocket and most likely use the periareolar incision to do a crescent lift technique to cut off the stretched bottomed out skin from the large implants. Knowing it's possible without huge scars makes me feel better
