I have been wanting a BA for a very long time, and started my research at 17/18. Finally saved up and in a position to get them and I'm very excited! Also super nervous since I have been wanting them for so long, and my standards are very high for them to turn out good. I will be getting my surgery with Dr. Hartly in Boulder. He has done my juvederm lip injections and is very personable and has a very friendly staff. I have confidence in him that he'll do a great job (hopefully will still be saying this post op lol) I have not decided on an exact size, based on what I told him I'm looking for, pictures I will bring into the operating room, and my body structure & measurements he will pick a size best suited for me. Which I really liked because some people focus too much on the sizers and end up wishing they went more or less afterwards. I have told him that based on the sizers look and feel that I feel most comfortable with 475-525 and he will test out those sizes and see which best fits for me. Will update more with before pics as I get closer! :)

It has now been 15 months since my surgery and I am highly considering a revision. (95% sure I will) Both breasts came out the same size and do not look bad; however, they look way too real and I actually really like the fake look. Not massive implants that look like they could weigh me down, but there is just something about that perfectly round circle shape that I love and I did not get that.
I ended up with 560cc high profile implants but will probably get 700cc placed in. I have no back pain nor do they feel heavy. But recovery was the absolute worst for me, so I'm not looking forward to that again.
I'm not sure if anyone else experienced this problem, but my doctor ended up making the pocket larger so that the implant could move around more/ sit a little lower. To me this makes no sense for someone who wants the 'fake look'. (After explaining I wanted them to sit high on my chest) I explained to him that I was very upset and confused why he would do something to make them look natural, and he mentioned a push up bra, but needless to say, I did not spend $6,000 to go out buying the bombshell. Not sure yet if I'll have him fix them or if I want to go to someone completely new.
Overall I do not regret getting implants, I read so many comments that after awhile they feel like you've always had them and I completely agree, I don't even remember what it felt like without them.
However, I do highly regret not throughly reminding him day of surgery what I wanted, or even going to a surgeon in South Florida where I could have better achieved the fake look.
