Hi Ladies! So of course like many moms on here I have breastfed (2 kids) and my boobs have deflated but to be even smaller than before. I basically have nothing! I am 27 years old, 5’4 and 102lbs. Currently 30A. Went for my preop last week and Dr.Pousti is looking at 300cc’s for my small frame. I am getting silicone high profile although I want to ask him on day of surgery if I’m fit for moderate plus instead of high profile. I don’t want “perky” boobs, jut alot more volume that still sags aka the natural look. I am 9 days away from surgery and sooooo nervous. Nervous about anesthesia and just falling asleep more than the surgery itself. I know Dr. Pousti’s the expert and I trust in whatever he believes is the best look for me here are my preop pics. Thanks for sharing... I'm currently 5 days post op..i have a tiny chest but am tall 5"8 65kgs I originally was told I'd only be able to have 310ccs Maximum and I was so upset about it because for my body I just wanted to be proportionate..i have hips and a smaller waist so made sense I had a fuller breast but nothing too big... My surgeon Dr Ian Chinsee gave me 450cc High Profile Dual Plane placement and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM.. I would just speak with your surgeon about what I'm pants are suitable for your body and go from there... I always thought 450cc would be massive but it really isn't on my frameBUT it definately is the largest implant I could possibly fit as the diameter of the implants is only 1cm smaller than my chest measurment...im hapoy that I changed my mind for sizing last minute I would have been so disappointed with the 310cc
