Lipo with BBL Via Fat Transfer - Atlanta, GA

So ... I have unwanted fat that I can't get rid of. Life has taken control and I have been unable to find time for exercise. I decided to have lipo and a BBL with fat transfer. I am not knew to surgery as I've previously had breast augmentation. I'm nervous but excited at the same time. I didn't do much research until now. It seems I will be awake throughout the entire procedure. He will be performing the tumesent lipo method to my upper & lower abdomen, flanks, and back. I met with Dr. Slater and he was extremely nice and thorough. Explained everything. And his wife , Gail, is super awesome. So I went in for my consult, Everything was explained, and price given. They do require a deposit of $500 to be placed on the surgery schedule. Has anyone used Dr. Monte Slater that would be willing to share before and after photos and their experience. Can anyone tell me what to expect. Does it hurt? I was told that I would just be sore, like a good work-out. Any comments or recommendations?

Alright ladies. I'm reading all these reviews and most of you are being put to sleep and have drain tubes. Please tell me our experience if you had tumesent lipo and BBL. I'm so anxious I have my surgery scheduled for June 30 and can't wait!
