I got 4 months ago 1 ML Restylane injected in my tear troughs (0.5 ML for each). But there is still a darker, shadow line visible. This is really frustrating me. Is this because 1 ML is not enough or did the doctor not injected the right ''tipping points''?
I got Restylane in my tearthrough area 4 month ago. First i filled with 0.5 than a month later another 0,5. The days after i notice swelling not where the filler was injected but under my eyes. Its now harder to cover the shadow it leaves under the bags and i dont know If i should have some dissolved. The clinic told me to wait it out couse hyalase can make the area look uneven. What should i do? The swelling is not big but i feel like i look worse and older:(
Injectections 4/24 folds, cheekbones and lips - June 10 thru present swelling, redness - injection says inflammatory response - but she had to look up the procedure - I found a great plastic surgeon in ATL having to go weekly to get dissolved - Taking Clindamycin for 4 weeks - What can I do for the swelling - I didn't have this previous and the Med Spa w/ the Dr on staff is not competent enough to handle apparently. How long will this last? I didn't have this before.
2 months after Restylane, I started experiencing recurring swelling under eyes. Each episode leaves area lumpy & bruised. I've read horror stories about hyaluronidase making matters worse. I'd like to wait it out, but Ive read fillers under eyes can last for years. Doc wants to dissolve, but I'm wary. Ive read accounts of the swelling recurring even after hylase. Would love to hear from doctors who've seen this phenomenon & successfully treated it.
I had a restylane injection under eye for the hollows 4 months ago. Just recently i have noticed a white patch under my right eye. The blue color under my doctor explained was a tyndall effect? Is that normal to have those skin discolorations? Also, since the injections i have been having irritated eyes with more red blood vessels on the surface that get better on and off and developed intolerance to contact lenses and eye make up.
The swelling has happened about once a month, which makes me think it does have something to do with the menstral cycle. I am retaining water in the tear troughs. Its always been after sleep. It lasts about 3 days. Its not an allergic reaction to my skin care products. Do you have any clearer answers to this problem?
Hi Dr, I had Restylane filler injections under my eyes to camouflage the puffy eyes. I had it in June 2015. I have developed scars after the surgery which shows as dark circular line under my eyes. I massage the tear rough daily. It's been more than 3 months since I had the filler injection. Still the dark circular line persists. I'm getting married next month (In Nov 2015) and I'm highly worried about it. It's really bringing my confidence level to the bottom. Kindly help.
Four months ago I had restylane injected in tear troughs with no side-effects. Last week, I had non-surgical rhinoplasty with restylane; the doctor used he remaining product to refill my tear troughs. I'm very happy with the aesthetic result. However, I've been feeling unwell since. The day after the injections I developed a migraine for the first time ever. Two days later I had muscle aches, nausea and headache which lingered for 4 days. Why is this? Should I avoid restylane in the future?
