Since i had Laser treatment Long time ago for a Scar i have some Redness / darkness on my nose and i want to know if its better to use a fractional Laser or something Like vbeam for that. Thanks !
Hi all, I had a terrible zit on the bridge of my nose. For some reason, a derm used liquid nitrogen on it because she wasnt quite sure what it was (it was eventually decided it wasnt any kind of skin cancer). After that and me messing with it too much, Im left with this. It has been like this for 4 months. Redness with divot on the middle. Had 1 session of ipl two weeks ago and dont even see a slight change. Would vbeam or some other combo be more effective? Thanks!
I have a few on my nose and they are actually very light and hard to notice in indoor lighting. It is mostly seen as a general redness in the area but if you look closely you can see really tiny veins. There is a few darker veins, and one obvious looking cluster, but overall its not too bad. How many treatments are needed? And what are the side effects/risks for someone with fair asian skin?
I went to my two different physicians regarding the broken capillaries on my nose. One recommended Veinwave and the other recommended the Vbeam. Both procedures are expensive for one small area so I want to pick the best one to treat this area as Im sure multiple sessions will be needed.
I am 35 year old male & have slight rosacea on my nose , upper cheeks along & some occular rosacea. I've been on antibiotics for 4 months (tetralysal and doxycyclin). Both of which make skin more photosensitive. I've just finished the course & the 1 postule that I ever had is calmed down significantly (after 9 months). I am considering - IPL/V-Beam treatment to minimize rosacea, Question: how long do I need to wait before I can get these treatments? Skin type: between III and IV (more 4)
I have quite a few telangiecasia on my face; mainly on my cheeks and nose. I had a series of 4 bbl treatments with the last treatment quite aggressive. It has been 8 weeks since my 4th treatment and I see little to no improvement. Would V-beam or another laser give me better results? I am in my sixties with fair, thin, skin. I also just had my first sculptra injections to help with loss of collagen in my face.
Since 12 years I have these small broken capillaries around my nose which I treated successful with all kind of lasers (IPL, Vbeam, YAG). In the last months, I had 5 Vbeam sessions and 1 YAG and the broken capillaries keep reappearing after a couple of weeks ( Im not sure if are the same, they shouldnt be right? ) anyways, Im very concerned and confused as during 12 years I never had this problem, for example a single session with Vbeam was enough for 2 years. What is wrong? Thank you
Not sure how to describe, but I had V beam for a spider angioma on my nose 3 days ago. The angioma had a little bump in the center and now after the v beam the bump looks more like a bubble/blister, it has gotten bigger each day since the v beam treatment. Is this normal and if so what is the healing process? Will it fall off? Leave an indentation? I am using hydroquinone to prevent discoloration. The first picture is the day of the procedure and the second one is 3 days after.
