I am four days post op after having Vaser on my abdomen, flanks and back. I have a very structured and thick foam garment on with a Spanx like garment on top. The foam garment is extremely restrictive limiting how much I can move and eat. I was hoping to take this off and just wear my Spanx like garment one week after post op. Is this recommended? Would removing the foam garment be detrimental to my recovery/results at all?
I had vaser 4 days ago and i know i have lots of swelling but is uneven swelling expected? My left flank is slightly more swollen than my right flank. I've kept my garment on 24hrs (minus shower and visiting the loo) and used arnica but could it be the way i sleep or move that has caused uneven swelling?
Hi ,the first day I can shower(thank God I stink) so I got the garment off ok took a quick shower,I really don't like the way I felt without it on,I felt vulnerable,I started to wobble & sweat, when I had washed,I quickly realized I had better get dressed ,I ended up laying on bathroom floor for 15 mins while I got myself together, currently laid in bed feeling better,is it normal to feel like this when I take the garment off
I had Vaser liposuction on my gynecomastia which doctor said that I have a lot of fats and little bit gland and he said that if the Vaser removed the gland then there will be no need to do incession and remove it. And that what happened just lipo. I'm in 4th day and I didn't saw my chest I'm wearing vest now. I'm so concern that he left any gland so I put my picture before so doctors here can define my stat whether it is lipomastia only or I have gland, and if I do can Vaser really remove it?
I've read all the previous questions and have seen that leakage should stop after 72 hours. I'm 96+ hours after surgery and still have a leaky arm. I had vaser liposuction with bodytite done on my arms only. Everywhere else was vaser only and doesn't seem to be weeping. The incision that is leaking is leaking quite a bit, it literally ran down my arm and made a puddle on the floor within seconds. Is this something I should stress about?
I am 4 days post op From Vaser lipo on upper lower abs, flanks and upper arms... I am fine with compression garment and binder for abs and flanks but the compression garment for my arms is causing a lot of pain and swelling for my hands, wrists and inner elbows. my forearms and hands were nearly purple and was very painful so I took off the garment but when I took off garment, the lipo areas hurt... Will I get saggy skin around elbows if I do not wear compression garments on arms?
I had Vaser on my inner thighs on Wednesday (2nd November), and while I'm not in much pain at all since, I'm finding walking quite tricky because of the swelling and tight/stiff feeling. I'm just really slow and kind of rigid when walking, and because of the swelling meaning I need to keep my feet apart a bit, I look pretty awkward and waddling almost. Should I expect it to take much longer until I can walk semi-normally again? Bit anxious about going back to work and having to explain!
