I'm 37 and starting to see some volume loss under my eyes, temples, lips and lower face (which I assume is due to loss of cheek volume). The volume loss is also making my asymmetries more noticeable (it was never noticeable before 35). I'm not a fan of fillers but did start using Xeomin for brow lift and lip flip recently. It has made a difference in balancing the asymmetry. I would like to find the least toxic and sustainable solution for volume loss which is why I'm considering PRP injections.
I am a 44yo woman who had bad acne due to PCOS, which has resulted in a pitted complexion on my cheeks (they are not the really deep pock marks that you may see with some people, but more like a golf ball with indentations). Looking for a professional, unbiased (meaning you're not trying to up-sell me) opinion from the community of fabulous doctors here. Thank you so much!
I would like to get a fat transfer to my under eyes and cheeks in addition to a microneedling+PRP facial. What is the most effective order of operations? Should I finish the PRP facials first? Should I do the fat transfer in between my first and third facial? Should I do the facial after? I want the fat transfer to take as well as possible and I want my result to look like a fat transfer with a slight lift to the face. I have just turned 35 and I think I don't need a full facelift.
I am 41,I never had eye bags. 2 months ago I received PRP: the VAMPIRE FACELIFT, it was 1/2 of the usual amount used.No Hyaluronic Acid.Little botox on eye corners.Eye bags appeared since the PRP was performed,is this edema? An eye was bruised and is still bluer.I read on many sites that PRP helps reducing eye bags by increasing blood flow. Why this happened? What are your suggestions? I was told to do Transconjunctival Blepharoplasty, however I wish there was a gentler approach to resolve this.
I'm trying to find out if platelet rich plasma treatment will work for me. My issue is I need to thicken my thinning skin and it sounds like one of the few treatments that can do that? Will this work for me? Is there something even better or just as good but less costly? I'd love something closer to my geographic area as well if possible but am saving with a budget for travel if there's no other option because I really need a great outcome.
