I see very much pictures of ladies. that have shaved her public area before surgery. Is that safe to do? I hear here in the Netherlands that you dont shave 3 weeks before surgery but here i see pictures of tummy tuck surgerys of shaved public areas What to do, must i posted a picture? So you can see what i have. Thanks!!
Hello. I had my surgery on 10/5/2017 and am now post op 8 weeks. My periods have been a little irregular since but this does not concern me. What's does concern me is hair growth. Since the procedure my body hair (not head hair) is growing back super fast after removal techniques. I used to shave every 8-9 days but I am now having to shave every 2 days. It is not an issue but it is frustrating. Thank you in advance.
I have VERY sensitive skin and my PS shaved my vaginal area like never before. I am 8 wks post op and ANYTHING touching hair there makes we want to scream/scratch. It looks normal and very good but is irritated to the 10th power. The PS can only apologize (go figure). I've tried Benadryl (creams and pills), hydro-cortisone, etc. but no relief. When using a cream hair remover (sensitive formula of VEET) I have relief for a day or 2. Once I have hair grow back and remain, the problem starts again.
My tummy tuck is recent (9/29/14) and I don't mind leaving off the shaving for a while, but how do I get back to it when I eventually do? I don't want to damage anything or break the skin of the scar, but how will I ever be able to shave again without feeling what I'm doing? The pubic hair is growing right up to the scar line.
