I am a female, 46. Weightloss of 70 lbs. I had regained 25 back right before my surgery due to having to be off the tirzepitide shot before surgery. At the time of these photos, I'm 170 pounds. 2 previous c-sections. The procedure I had was a tummy tuck, liposuction ( contouring) and a hernia was fixed in the upper abdomen. I am unhappy with the placement of my scar and how it tapers down and puckers. Should I have had a lower body lift?
6 months post op from revision surgery. Original surgery was 360 liposuction & was left with saggy skin underneath breasts. Surgeon advised hed do a reverse tummy tuck and remove my fibrosis. He advised the scars would be hidden under my breasts. However I am now left with a pocket of skin inbetween my breasts, which I do not want to cut. I have also been left with further fibrosis and severe lipo burn scarring. Scars under breasts not healing well either. Please advise on my options. Thanks
I'm looking for opinions on my work. I'm 6 months post op. Tummy tuck, floated bellybutton only and a U incisson there, along with diastasis repair. I've never been overweight, just pregnant, and didnt have too much skin, but I'm still not happy with how round i still am, my swelling is very minimal at this point.
I am 59 and weigh 147 lbs. i had a mini-tummy tuck 6 months ago and I feel like my the results are not what they should be. I feel like my stomach should be tighter and that I look like a person who has lost weight and not a person who had a tummy tuck. My question is, 1. Do you think I need a revision? 2. And if so, what would you do?
I had an abdominoplasty with muscle repair and upper abdo lipo done in Jan 23. Ever since surgery I've never been flat or tight. It's been 6 months now and I'm still unhappy with how much it buldges above and below my bellt button. It hangs over my leggings at the gym. Do I need a revision and how much do I need done? Like the whole skin part again?
I am now 6 months post 2nd tummy tuck. Original was December 2022. After a couple months of healing plastic surgeon wasnt happy with results, and felt I needed a revision to tighten up the muscles more. I had pretty severe diastasis recti. Im about 110 lbs, so being overweight isnt my issue. Why do I still look bloated, swollen, and feel like its still not flat? Do I need another revision!? Should I just accept the fact that this is my outcome?
So after 6 months post tummy tuck i have puckering still . My doctor said that he can fix it but hes not putting me under . He said that he will do it by just numbing the area . Is this normal procedure for fixing puckering ? Thank you
I had the surgery by a top surgeon in Beverly Hills. I am 6 months post op DR repair and tummy tuck. I am extremely disappointed because I am not flat whatsoever. My doctor said that theres no swelling and I just have lax fascia and theres nothing more he can do. Ive never seen this before. Where do I turn next?
I had an extended tuck 6 months ago, with muscle plication only below the belly button. My results are great, but I have to engage my core/suck it in to look flat from the side. When i relax my core, it rounds out a bit. If i were to have the procedure redone in order to have full muscle plication, is it realistic to think my stomach could be flat like the third picture without having to hold it in? Pic 1,totally relaxed Pic 2, mildly engaged Pic 3 flexed (possible w/ plication?)
