An in person evaluation or further photos are needed to know for sure, but it appears you may have improvement with further surgery. Many times patients elect a mini tummy tuck when a standard tummy tuck is really needed. If this is the case for you, you may be a candidate to convert it to get improved results.

For a tighter abdomen, you actually need the full tummy tuck. However, you will always have some excess skin when you bend.

Based on your pictures, the skin has not been tightened enough.
