Does my mini-tummy tuck look like it needs a revision? (Photos)

I am 5’9 and weigh 147 lbs. i had a mini-tummy tuck 6 months ago and I feel like my the results are not what they should be. I feel like my stomach should be tighter and that I look like a person who has lost weight and not a person who had a tummy tuck. My question is, 1. Do you think I need a revision? 2. And if so, what would you do?
